We understand the complexities surrounding calculating holiday pay for employees in the UK, and acknowledge the need to provide a solution which considers their previous 52 weeks of earnings. We’re pleased to share that this is something our product team have started looking.

Your feedback and ideas are valued and important to us, and we’d like to reach out and see if you’d like to be involved in prototype testing.

This’ll involve using a prototype tool to assess the usability of a proposed solution to calculating Holiday Pay in Xero. Given the popularity of this idea there’s a chance spaces could fill up quick. We’ll close the form once we have enough interest. We also want to make sure we test our concept with a wide range of customers, so you might not be selected for testing depending on the level of interest we receive.
