Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your feedback on a direct bank feed for Square. We understand that using a third-party integration isn't always seamless and that a direct feed, like the one for Stripe, would make life easier when reconciling your payments.
As noted by others here, the current solution is to connect an app from the Xero App Store to bring your Square transactions into Xero, or you can continue to manually import these.
Right now, building a direct bank feed for Square isn’t in our plans. We're continuing to monitor the interest in this idea, so please keep adding your votes and comments as it helps us see the demand.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts around the ability to amend the contract information. The Contract information is a new addition to the client information section and its great to get feedback on how this is working for our customers. Any update on this. Been through all the ways I can think of to get the Director out of contract without having to start again as a completely new employee which is ridiculous.

Hi everyone, thanks for your interest and feedback on this idea.
While we understand this capability was previously available, we want to be transparent that there are no plans in the near term to support connecting multiple Stripe accounts to a single Xero organisation.
If anything changes in future, we’ll be sure to share an update here.

Hi everyone, we’d like to round back to share an update that the ability to accept deposits has now rolled out to all AU, NZ, UK, CA, SG and US organisations, and we expect to make this available to remaining regions soon.
Staying close to feedback from its release, our team have recently added a due date field in which you can select a specific date that payment of the deposit is expected if this differs from the Invoice due date.
I look forward to looping back to finalise once we’re at 100% roll out of deposits, and give you a hint of where we’ll be expanding functionality next!

Any update to this in 2026 please? Amaka still can't cope with differing VAT rates in Square.
