Thanks for your input here, everyone. Our team is currently looking into adding a document merge feature into their roadmap. However, no dates are planned for when this will be implemented.
That said, we’ll move the status of the idea into ‘Under review’, so please continue to add your vote and give us your comment on how this feature can improve your workflow.
For now, you can merge your documents outside Hubdoc, then upload/email it into Hubdoc. Feel free to also share some options here on how you merge the documents before you put it into Hubdoc.

Good to hear that you find the Credit Note warning useful, Gayle. We don't have any immediate plans for adding the same for statements but we'll get a feel for the interest from your idea here.

Hi Sally, just to check when you say you'd like to freeze the header row would this be the Report settings at the top of the screen?
Currently column headers in majority of reports are frozen so you can see these as you scroll through reports.

Hi Renea, I notice you added your idea here to Practice Manager, can I just confirm - Are you looking to search Client contacts within Practice Manager, or Contacts within an individual organisation? Thanks

Hi Stewart, thanks for raising this idea. It’s clear that the ability to import Unique Taxpayer References (UTR) and National Insurance Numbers (NINO) is important to you, and we hear the pain points about the extra manual work involved in not having this feature. A possible workaround is using a custom field for now, which can help keep this data within Xero Practice Manager. ⭐I wanted to provide an update on this. At Xerocon, we announced new developments for Xero Practice Manager and Xero HQ that are designed to improve efficiency and help you manage clients more effectively. While I can't promise a specific timeline or confirm that this exact feature will be included, we believe these enhancements will help streamline many of the workflows you’ve highlighted. We'll be sure to provide another update as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience and for helping us…

Hi, related to this, I can't appear to be able to create a custom report using the UTR of NINO fields under 'tax' in the individuals files. I also had NINO and UTR originally in custom fields and some have moved to the new fields and some have not, so I wanted to export a report, update those that didn't and then delete the custom fields.
