    Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback on automatic remittance sending.

    We understand the efficiencies this could provide to your workflows and it's something our product team have reviewed and are interested in developing, however we do not have this work planned just yet. We’ll let you know here if there’s any more news about this in our future roadmap.

    Hi team, we appreciate there is some interest in this idea, however at this time we don't have any plans for enabling bulk send of receipts.

    For now, we'll continue to track the support in this idea. I'll share if there are any updates.

    I suggest connecting the AutoReceipts add-on to Xero, it sends receipts automatically as you record payments. It’s at https://autoreceipts.app

    Hi everyone, we totally get how automating the sending of receipts when a transaction is reconciled would free up time and the manual task involved in this activity.

    Though not in the pipeline at present, this is a feature our product team would like to explore more in the future.

    @Reda, AutoReceipts is a Xero add-on, and honestly this is best handled by an external service and not natively in Xero, because it lets you configure receipts, set email settings, and it keeps a history of receipts that were sent. These are beyond the scope of Xero itself.

    I use AutoReceipts for this, it sends receipts automatically when a payment is recorded.

    Hi everyone, we appreciate all the feedback you've shared.

    We'd like to share some changes that have been made since our last update;

    • The Demo Company now appears as its own item, separate from the Recent organisations list.
    • Separately your recent organisations section can be collapsed, which we understand is helpful for users when sharing their screen.
    • There's also now a banner that clearly identifies when you’re in the Demo Company, to help avoid scenarios of entering real organisation data in the wrong place.

    We recognise there’s continued interest in being able to hide this option completely. While our product team is aware of this appetite and will continue to consider it in future planning, we want to be transparent here that there are no plans to develop a hide or remove setting in the near term.

    We hope these changes make the experience clearer and help reduce accidental access.
