I have only just come across the Tracking Transfer account for the first time on the Balance Sheet. Accountant is asking questions about it, but I don't know anything about it.

This is really important as a manufacturer to get the pricing correct. Having more decimal places means more accurate figures.

Hi everyone, as another step toward improving history of new invoicing you'll find you'll now see an entry when an invoice is sent, and the email address it has been sent to.
We appreciate this is something we've heard a fair amount of feedback on and we hope helps in your journey to using new invoicing.
We still have more enhancements on the way for history and I'll be back again when more updates land.

Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback and votes on adding birthday notifications to Australian payroll - we understand how this could help with team celebrations and managing age-based award rate compliance.
After reviewing with our product team, this feature isn't currently on our roadmap, and we'll update the status to 'Not in Pipeline'. Right now, setting up an external calendar could help you track these important dates.
We appreciate you all taking the time to share your feedback with us, and will continue to watch the traction this idea receives through Votes. If there is any change, we will share an update here.

We have over 50 employees, some of them are under 18 and it's important that we update their pay rate when they turn 18, but there is not yet any notification in Xero that let's us know. This would be an amazing feature please!!!

Hi everyone, we're looking into this idea as part of research our teams are doing on managing employees, particularly looking at our customer's experiences onboarding new hires and setting them up in payroll.
Knowing the interest from our community in this here, we wanted to share an opportunity to get involved.
If you'd be willing to take part, our teams will be scheduling sessions which will be about 60 minutes via video call.
You can share your interest by taking a few minutes to fill in this form ✍️ - We really appreciate your time.
Thanks, and I'll make sure to share any outcomes from this discovery back with you all here.

In MYOB, under Payroll details tab and Salary and Wages tab, you can select a Wage expense category (account) for each employee. This is really handy if we have lots of staff and different departments. In Xero, we can allocate a specific tracking category eg. Cafe, Factory, Admin, but not a specific Wage expense account for each employee. So all wages are allocated to the Wages and Salaries account, and each month I need to do a manual journal to reallocate to the correct wage expense accounts. Eg. Reallocate Wages and Salaries to Wages and Salaries - Admin, Wages and Salaries - Factory, Wages and Salaries - Cafe. Unfortunately when running the Balance Sheet report and applying filters, it shows a negative amount under Wages Payable - Payroll account, and a Tracking Transfers account with a positive amount. These figures cannot be hidden either. Having each employee with a specific wage expense account would be brilliant!
