Hi community, thanks for sharing the challenges you face around deleting invoices.
Right now in Xero, invoices with a Draft status can be deleted in bulk from the list view - simply select the invoices and you’ll see an option to Delete at the top of the list.
We understand that for many in the thread here you’re referring to the ability to bulk remove invoices that have an approved status(bulk void) and I have just updated the title of this idea to better reflect this.
This isn’t a feature we have planned at this stage, but maybe something we explore longer term as a possible enhancement to the list view. For the time being, while not within the product for those with more technical resources there’s capability via our API that you may like to consider.

Enable tax AMOUNT instead of the rigid tax rate in Bills.
If you consider a Zoom phone bill, there are 3 different taxes that apply to the bill (1 Federal + 2 City). Tax rates simply DON'T WORK, Xero is too rigid.
Why not offer a simple tax AMOUNT box where we can type a USD amount, instead of forcing some tax rate?
And it's exactly the same for INVOICES.

It is unbelievably disappointing that Xero does not have a way to BULK reconcile many statement lines with one transaction or one invoice.
It is a huge stain in the ability of Xero to serve our needs.
Within cash coding tab, there should be a "Find & Match" button that applies to ALL the selected rows and does the equivalent of "Split" when doing one by one.
I can't believe this issue has been lingering for YEARS.
It's probably half a day of coding for an intern. This is outrageous.
We are considering switching solution just because of that, and I will slash all my online reviews of Xero until this is fixed.
