   Hi everyone, I want to assure you your voice is heard here and feedback is being shared back with our product teams.

   We understand the desire to get this idea moving along and as mentioned in our last update we know this is an area that more controls and permissions would be most beneficial to our customers.

   We’d like to share progress that we’re making for banking permissions - Work to provide more controls of sensitive banking information has started and will initially include the ability to restrict users from seeing sensitive banking information such as; account balances, bank transactions, and financial summaries.

   We know this doesn’t relieve all pain points of this idea - It’ll be the first phase, a stepping stone of sorts in the development of per-bank controls.

   As development continues we’ll share further updates as soon as they’re available with you all here.

   restricted bank access is far more important than reporting and inventory - will have to seriously consider moving all our clients as a result to software that is fit for purpose

   Hey everyone, we've been following the conversation closely and we want to acknowledge how important this is for many of you.

   Atm, we’re on a long journey to provide more controls within Xero features that our customers need. Being such a broad idea that touches many areas of our platform, we’d like to encourage adding your votes to specific user permissions that matter most to you, such as:

   • Bank Accounts: For more control over who can see bank account balances and access specific accounts, please see the idea here: User Role - Restrict access to individual bank accounts
   • Sales and Invoicing: If you’d like to see changes to permissions around sales reporting and editing invoice templates, you can follow that conversation here: User roles: Restrict access to Invoice Settings
   • Reports: To have your say on restricting access to specific reports, the relevant idea is here: User permissions - Assign user access to specific reports

   This change will allow us to focus on the more specific requests to explore. If you don’t see the user permission you’re after, raise a new idea here.

   Hi everyone, I'm pleased to share that we're moving forward with the ability to schedule the send of an invoice from Xero.

   We're in the early phase of releasing our new invoicing scheduler to customers, and appreciating the direct interest you've all shown here we've included everyone that's voted on this idea in our initial rollout!

   You'll see a tool tip on the invoice page for email scheduling, and be able to choose the right date/time when you go to email an invoice (from the send email dropdown). 😊

   We're really keen to hear your feedback.

   We appreciate there are asks within this idea for being able to schedule the send of other document type such as payslips and want to be upfront that this isn't in the roadmap at present. However, once our invoice scheduler is out to all, we'll be monitoring it's use closely and consider how this feature may be expanded to other features overtime.

   I'll be back to let you all know when the invoice scheduler is live to everyone.
