Thanks for all the engagement and sharing how valuable this feature is to managing your clients with Xero.
I understand the desire for another update and am pleased to share that this is something our product teams will be addressing and are working on developing within the new unified client experience.
I'll share more news here as this gets closer to release.

Please advise whether Xero is taking any action to address the bulk address update in XPM. We have not received any response from Xero staff since 17 December 2025, and the changes are clearly affecting the administration efficiency of many firms. The current process feels archaic and represents a significant step backwards in usability.

It’s clear that whoever implemented these changes has little to no experience in accounting administration. Please revert to the original Xero version, as the current platform is off-putting, not user friendly and significantly hinders efficient day to day work.

Can we also have the option to look at all addresses for each client without having to click into client? Having no visual over all addresses without having to go into each one is very annoying. It needs to be a column option, but in saying that the more columns that are ticked the less user friendly it is, having to 'scroll across' to see all columns. Formatting needs to be looked at.

Totally agree with all comments. It was one of the better features being able to update addresses in bulk.

Thanks for feeding back on the Client search, Carey. The way that search works for the new client list experience is a little different to the older experience, and partial matching is not a feature with this new search.
While it's not in our roadmap atm, our team are keen to stay close the support this idea receives and will consider in future planning. I'll share if there are any updates here.

Hi Mireille,
Thank you for the detailed feedback regarding the recent XPM updates.
I’ve moved this into Gaining Support. I can definitely see how the removal of those phone number columns has added extra steps to your workflow. While the recent design updates aimed for a cleaner look, "at a glance" information is vital for busy practices.
A quick tip for now: If you need to see phone numbers across your client list without clicking into each one, you can customise your main list view:
- Go to Clients > All Clients.
- Click the Columns button on the right.
- Tick Phone and Mobile. This will surface those numbers in your main list view so you don't have to drill into each record.
I’ve updated the title to "XPM - Suggestion to display contact phone numbers on the Client details screen" to help other practice users who are feeling…

Does Xero not understand the urgency of this matter? Please just revert us back to the old XPM as soon as possible.
