I’ve seen this come up a lot when working inside Xero Advisor Financials. Having notes auto filled or a simple alert when figures don’t reconcile would save a ton of review time, especially during month end. Systems that quietly flag inconsistencies tend to reduce human error more than manual checking ever does. Aaah gotcha, thanks for the confirmation and additional feedback on the idea here. A bit of an extension from our existing functionality for Contacts and there may be some CRM solutions that you could explore in the Xero app store atm.

This reminder feature sounds really useful, especially for anything tied to recurring service dates. I’ve used similar setups to avoid missing renewals or maintenance windows, and setting a specific send date makes a big difference. Hi everyone, it’s great to hear the use our customers find in Contact groups on Xero. We can totally get wanting to enhance the use of contacts and bulk send statements to all members of a group at once.
In lieu of this functionality right now, you could manually filter and select contacts from your list before sending statements.
With sights set on helping our customers collect payments faster, we have a team that is looking at work in the reminders and statements space and sending to contact groups is being explored as part of this. For the time being we'll move this idea to In discovery and I'll keep you looped in on any progress that could help needs here.
