While this isn't something we have planned at present, perhaps you could make use of an advanced branding template and specifying the need for a signature via the Quotes terms and conditions?
We have a discussion around customising with docx. templates where others in community often help one another - you're welcome to join

Hi community, we understand how being able to send quote reminders like you can for invoices, would help with following up on uncommitted work with your customers and potentially locking in sales.
For the time being, as many will be aware you can resend a quote that’s already been sent, by clicking the 3 dot menu in the top right and choosing ‘Send’, where you’ll have the option to change the email and who it’s being addressed to.
This is something we have intentions of diving into discovery for this year and I’ll return to share more news when things progress. Thanks

I’d love to see this introduced with similar functionality to invoice follow ups, i.e allowing me to customize the frequency and email message for reminders, as well as turn them off for some quotes. Looking forward to hearing further updates on this!

Hi team, we appreciate all your feedback here and wanted to share an update as we have a new invoice editor that is being rolled out to all users (already available in NZ, AU, UK and US).
This new editor provides more custom formatting options to help you create invoices that reflect your brand with a side preview so you can instantly see how changes will be shown.
We appreciate that there are additional formatting options that you're asking for here and want to be open that we don't have any plans for providing the ability to edit text formatting in the new editor. We will continue to track votes through this idea and keep an eye on trends so if there are any changes in it's position in the future we can let you know here.

Enable common text formatting e.g add bullet points, make items bold, italic or underlined. Editing the text size and fonts might be handy for some folks too.

As a workaround in the meantime, ca you do this by editing the draft quote template in invoice settings and adding in the contact phone number field? Try searching advanced invoice templates, it might work the same way

Rounding back on the idea here it sounds like using non tracked inventory could be a solution.
In Products and services you can add items and enter a Purchase price and a Sales price for the same item.
This means you can add the marked up price for Sales and when you select the item in Quotes or Invoices this price will be reflected for the line item.
Alternatively, you could add a discount to lines of your invoice if there is a general amount or % by which you would mark up items.
Keen to hear your feedback for these options.

Hi everyone, we acknowledge your strong interest in this feature, and how enabling 'Title' and 'Summary' fields from a Quote to automatically carry over when you convert it to a Sales Invoice would add more context for your customers.
In lieu of this feature directly, to include this information on your invoices you could currently copy & paste as a description only line within your invoice, or copy into the contents of your email when sending the invoice.
However, we understand this is an extra step that you'd like to eliminate to improve work flow and consistency between quotes and invoices.
We want to be transparent about the current situation. While we appreciate all your feedback and the detailed explanations of how this impacts your businesses, there are no plans to develop this idea at this time.

For adding categories and discount you are able to add a discount. We recommend raising a case with our support team for further assistance with this :)

I would love to see this introduced or have the ability for it to work with an extension in the short term e.g docusign, adobe etc.
Ideally we should be able to customize the wording and fields of acceptance e.g “Execution of Fee Proposal” “Accepted on behalf of name/company” and have fields that allow clients to add account contacts, site contacts and so on.
