Hi community,
I wanted to let you know that the product and tech team have been following this thread and have been listening to your interest in the functionality. We do understand the frustration it’s causing when dealing with a large number of invoices awaiting payment. Your time is valuable, and the challenges you’ve encountered are not reflective of the seamless experience we aim to provide.
However, we are not able to build everything at once. And as a global business with many requests for our different regions and needs, when it comes to payments, we are prioritizing first improving the online invoicing experience to allow more payers to pay online. That is the most critical functionality as we know those using online payments, get paid faster. There are still some critical needs here.

Thank you all for sharing your feedback on how important consolidated employee details are for your businesses.
In November 2023, we released updated payroll reports which allow greater flexibility, however we understand this doesn't fully meet your needs
While employee’s date of birth and account details are accessible from two separate reports, due to the sensitive nature of TFNs, there’s no plans to include these in exportable reports.
While we truly appreciate your feedback and support in this idea, we want to be upfront that we don’t have intentions of combining all the data requested here into a single report that can be exported from Xero Payroll.

A report showing Employee Details similar to Contact Details Report or included in current report.
Report to include: -
Tax File number
Super Fund and USI and Account NumberUseful to check for missing or incorrect details.

Thank you for sharing your suggestion for setting a specific allocation date for credit notes against invoices or bills. This would provide a smooth solution for linking invoices and credit notes across different financial years after lock dates have been set.

When using "Create and apply credit" function the new credit note does not show the original invoice date. See attached screenshot.
The old version shows the original invoice number and original invoice date therefore these details can be entered on the credit note for easy referencing.Janetta Walker

Raise the number of invoices that can be deposited directly from the Awaiting Payments list to be greater than 50 invoices.
Selecting invoices from the Awaiting Payments page is easier to navigate and see than through the bank account window which is very small.
