Products and services - Change placement and increase width of search bar
The recent update made the Products and services search bar smaller and moved it to the top right. This has made it less visible and harder to use. Please consider making the search bar larger and returning it to its previous position on the top left for better accessibility and ease of use.

This move is ridiculous. The search bar has been on the left from the beginning, so why on earth change it now. It should at least be the full length of the 50 characters allowed when entering the description of an item, so that searching is easier.
Muscle memory means that I now waste time going to the wrong side then have to consciously remember and move to the right.
The tiny panel which is now available makes it difficult to check that you have entered the correct details if an item is not coming up.
Why can't Xero concentrate on the important functionalities rather that how it looks.

New Search Bar size is hopeless - you should at least be able to see the 50 characters you limit inventory items to. And putting it on the right of the screen is nonsensical, especially on a monitor / widescreen which most of your users will be using.

This is exactly why i was searching this forum. The Products and Services page is primarily a search page. Please move it back to the left.
