Reporting - Automatic generation and emailing of reports
Automatically send email reports every month.
Purpose: Users can set up recurring reports to the dedicated person consistently at the same date.

Hey everyone, thanks for all the votes and feedback on this idea! Our product teams have definitely taken note and understand the effort involved in automatic report generation and sending.
While it's something we see as valuable in the long run, it's not currently on our development roadmap with a specific timeframe. We're still keen to hear from those of you who would find this feature helpful, so please keep the conversation and votes coming. We'll be sure to update you if our plans change.

Hi Xero team - with such limited flexibility Xero has on permissions (e.g. we cannot allow access to our whole team to Xero), this is an essential feature.
Please could you give an update on when this will be available? -

I would have thought it would be a no-brainer to have this function. It is time consuming to log into Xero, download and copy reports into a spreadsheet. If reports could be email in Excel, CSV or PDF format it would significantly improve productivity. It's disappointing that Xero is so behind on this.

If we can schedule invoices to go out each month, seems like it wouldn't be too hard to be able to schedule a report to send. As it stands, there isn't even a typical 'Sales Report' I can run a 'Receivables' report, but I would like to just run a customer sales report, and I would like to be able to schedule it to run once a month and be sent to me.

It isa feature that appears in most other Accounting packages - Xero you need to have this to keep up!

We are in the process of transferring one of our clients from Quickbooks to Xero and this is one of the functions that we use on a weekly basis so it would be helpful for it to be provided within Xero.

WE are using Xero to report future dated PO's to help simpify forecasting. Ideally, we could send a report to each staff member of their open PO's on a monthly basis automatically!

Surely this is a mistake. This must be available already. QBO legacy user here - assessing Xero for a new entity. Do I have to go back to manual reporting??
