Email Settings - Ability to have separate reply-to email address
Ability to have separate ‘Reply-to’ email addresses within the same Xero organisation.
Purpose: Users can easily change the email address that they’d like to use when sending email from Xero, rather than having to go through settings to change it.

Hi everyone, we thoroughly appreciate your input and letting us know your appetite for being able to set the Reply to address for your Xero organisation, here in the idea. As many will have seen with new invoicing, our team have begun testing and making small change to the send experience. While we've been able to make these changes when developing other areas of Xero, we want to be upfront that we don't have a timeframe of when we'll upgrade the email settings page just yet, but this is something we will get to in time - when we do our team will also review the Reply to address options as part of this. So, though there is no movement to share on this just yet please know we will let you know here as soon as there is.

This would be amazing and seems obvious, we would like one send from and reply to email for customer statements, invoices etc, and another one for supplier remittances. Sometimes there is more than one person working that side of the business.

Would love this feature. I have a few business names under the same organisation and it's annoying that I can't select which one it comes from, even though I can change the reply to email address.

its annoying that it only allows a default for the entire organisation.
I have someone that does sales ledger (requires direct emails back) and I do purchase ledger from a different email which isn't the named one I use for everything else accounts related so being able to select the one assigned to invoices and one to bills would be a start.

Absolutely agree, the ability to assign different email addresses to each invoice template would be a sensible and practical option for this issue. This problem is very frustrating and could be easily resolved.

I have a couple of user accounts set up specifically so I can log in and send an invoice from that account so it comes from a specific email address. It is an absurd workaround, and we should be able to select which email address the invoice will be sent from. Moreover we could assign a default email address to a specific invoice template to streamline the process.
