Customer Statement - Automated statements for contacts
This is really for Xero Blue not practice manager, but you do not have a category for this,
Automated client statements - have the option to send out our practice statements on a regular basis i.e. weekly or fortnightly regardless of the days due or overdue!

I vote for this too.
It is confusing for the customer to just get a reminder for one invoice outstanding when there are actually more outstanding.
Within the Invoice Reminders set up, it would be helpful if we could have the option to automate sending both a statement and all outstanding invoices at regular intervals if overdue.
Also, Invoice Reminders need an “and every xx days thereafter” option so that reminders don’t stop if payment has not been made.

Nevermind everybody. After waiting for 12 months I’m taking all my companies to Sage Intacct.
Also, Sage answer their phones when you phone them.
I’m more disappointed in Xero than I am in my ex girlfriend….😒

Very important - I want to transfer someone from MYOB and they are not sure they want to lose this function available in MYOB

Really need the option to add in contacts separate email addresses for statements separate to invoices... Few things that should be included to Xero to make it more smooth sailing for certain businesses and am not sure why they sit and wait for a ridiculous amount of people to suggest it before even considering.

yes yes yes, why not?? some customers wont pay unless they have a statement in addition to then original invoices

I love this idea, and it should already be available, unfortunately I think we can all agree that Xero just aren't going to do it anytime soon. They are too focused on redesigning reports and other "Improvements" which only align to their desires, not their customers needs, wants and desires.
It's the one continuous theme I have noticed is that the Xero team only focus on their own internal desires for the software, and pay little attention to the needs of their customers.
