AU Payroll | Payroll activity summary report - Select a group of employees
When generating the Payroll Activity Summary report, it would be good if I could select certain employees.
Currently you can only choose an individual or all employees.

We require this info on a monthly and quarterly basis to report info to various govt agencies. Can get the information required from different reports and combining in a spreadsheet, but is very messy and time consuming. Be awesome to have this option instead.

This would be very useful especially when trying to calculate backpay of a pay increase for all staff

It would also be very handy to be able to do a report that tells us the hours worked in total for each employee for the year or a specific time frame. This would be very handy for working out FTE when needed

As a new Xero user, am staggered this report is not available!
We are in the Social Welfare area and have to report total hours and total remuneration to the Victorian Portable Long Service Leave Authority every quarter. Same applies to Securty industry and Cleaning Industry in Victoria -

Ability to show selected group and employee names in headers on payroll reports would be a great help. I lodge payroll tax for multiple states (aka "groups") and would like to know which report is which after printing, without having to re-check Xero.

When generating the payroll activity summary report, currently if wanting to have a report showing each person individually, you have to select each person.
It would be good if you can generate one report with all employees listed individually -

It is absolutely necessary to have this report - for LSL & AL requirements amongst other reporting benefits.
We MUST have a single report that identifies all wages categories by quantity/hours and $ for all employees as individuals (rather than lumping them all in together). This report should be show all wages categories across the page & all selected employees down the page and it must be downloadable into excel.

This would be helpful when you require to just select our Apprentices or Trainees.
As you need to extract payroll supporting quarterly data when processing a claim for Govt Employee incentives. -

This one is important for the businesses which have employees under a specific industry award and where the employees receive penalty rates for after hours and weekend shifts. In order to calculate their AL and LSL pay out with the correct loading amount, this breakdown will be very important. Thanks

I would like to be able to filter payroll activity summary report so that I can get the details per active employee. At the moment, I can either select individual one bye one or when I select all, it doesn't give me the breakdown per employee, which is really frustrating.
