Invoice - Ability to have recall/undo sent invoices

It would be a huge benefit to be able to recall an email (with invoice attached) sent in error to the wrong client.

An invoice has now gone to the wrong client and my manager will now have to have an embarrassing conversation with the competitor, due to my mistake.

    Yes, need this feature to avoid an breach of contract/agreements and any security details been incorrectly sent.

    This would be an extremely helpful function - especially for invoices containing sensitive information.

    This isn't just casual communication it's business invoicing and quoting, people make mistakes and i'm surprised this function doesn't already exist.

    Yes, I agree with this. How do we still not have this function in 2024?

    Xero changes items that do not need changing and does not change the important items that are urgently needed.

    Even if there was a send delay, of around 5 minutes, and an outbox to go in and delete emails before they get sent would be an idea. It’s usually mistakes are picked up just as soon as you click the send button.

    Agree. It would be much less messy to be able to recall rather than having to send an updated/amended version.

    I need to recall so I can add an attachment that was missed and resend.
