AU Payroll: Report for Unused Leave Paid out on Termination

When using the Leave Paid out on Termination feature in xero, the paid out leave is recorded in the Holiday Leave Accrual category. This means we are unable to run a report showing the value of unused entitlements paid out on Termination. This is important information for Workcover Reconciliations etc. Please set up a report for Unused Leave Paid out on Termination.

    Can you tell it's payroll tax return time!! Searching again to see if Xero offers this reporting options and it doesn't.

    I don't understand why some reporting functions that are actually critical are not included.

    Please add this report to your Xero suite as it will reduce errors and time involved in additional reconciliations (especially for payroll tax and workcover).

    Can we please get this report added as a priority.

    I need it for
    - Payroll Tax - We need to exclude termination payments (WA), resulting in less tax payable for clients. If it is tricky to find this information, our clients could end up paying more than is necessary.
    - Workers Compensation - same reason as above.
    - Reporting - Example. Our hospitality client wants termination payments excluded from their cost figures.

    This urgently needs to be looked at. It is quite a basic piece of information that should be able to be extracted on a report (this goes for all leave types, Annual Leave, Long Service Leave (sick leave where is it paid out)

    Agree - need this reporting ability. Surely it can just be called Annual Leave (or similar) Paid on Termination as a payroll line on the payroll activity report.

    This is required for payroll tax reporting too. We definitely need this report to show the unused annual leave paid out on termination.
