Invoice reminder - Auto include PDF of invoice
In invoice reminders you do not have the option to add the original invoice as a PDF. My customers accounting teams do NOT follow links in emails (against security policy), but can read an attachment (as long as it is PDF). I would like this added as an option on invoice reminders.

I agree. We deal with a lot of ASX100 companies and they increasingly have automatic readers, whereby the original invoice and attachments need to be merged into a single pdf.
This is a must have function as our clients increasingly transition to invoice auto-reader / Artificial Intelligence era. -

We should be able to send our emails from Xero with no links in them. They end up in SPAM, people delete them, ignore them, or call me to ask if it's legit.
We're a financial services business, and I'm no longer sending links that ask you put in your credit card details, or upload your TFN etc.

I agree, having pdfs attached to invoice reminders are necessary. Hopefully xero actions this change. Currently, reminders are pointless and create additional work defeating the point of an auto reminder.

Hi Alfred, we build this into our custom reminders feature at Paidnice, our reminders let you use your own domain/email, logo and can include the PDF (and even a calendar invite for when the invoice is due) could this help you solve the issue? https://www.paidnice.com/invoice-reminders

Need to have the invoice PDF included as an attachment, not just a link. Several of our customers use accounting systems that will not read an online link which makes the automated reminder useless.

We have our own PDF invoices we send our clients and much prefer these. I know we can upload these into Xero when in classic view but are these the PDF invoices sent with Automatic Reminders when selecting "Include the link to the invoice PDF" or is it the standard Xero PDF invoice that is sent?

Absolutely necessary.
A lot of companies are using AP system reading ONLY PDF. What is a point to have the reminder turn on if it is not provided required invoice format! -

This feature needs adding. Some of our clients' automated accounts systems are rejecting our invoice reminders because they do not have an attachment. This is resulting in long delays in getting paid. A link to the pdf invoice is not sufficient.
