    Thanks for your expressions and feedback in a bulk download or print facility for Files (either from the Files library or at an individual transaction level)
    We know that bulk operations can be handy, however at this time we have no plans to develop this functionality. We know it might seem like a small feat, however often even small change is more tightly woven and intricate to solve beneath the surface.
    While we understand this must be frustrating to hear, we’re currently focused on making improvements in other areas of Xero and are unable to prioritise a bulk download or print feature right now.
    However, in situations like these there are often connected apps through the Xero App Store that may be able to assist. We appreciate and will revise solutions that could fulfil needs in this space, but want to be honest this isn’t something we have plans for…

    I add my voice to the cacophony: we should be able to download all the attached PDFs from our file, and even better be able to download them from certain areas for certain date ranges. This is a serious limitation on the usefulness of attached documents for Bills in particular.

    We should be able to send our emails from Xero with no links in them. They end up in SPAM, people delete them, ignore them, or call me to ask if it's legit.

    We're a financial services business, and I'm no longer sending links that ask you put in your credit card details, or upload your TFN etc.

    We need to be able to stay out of their junk mail. All the Xero emails include links, especially the link to invoice is crazy in this day and age. 'Click on this link and give me your credit card' is a major red flag, and I've started getting push back from clients. We've stopped sending them from Xero, and stopped using the Stripe etc because of this.

    Hi everyone, we've released a new send modal for new invoicing in Xero. As part of this update you now have a rich text editor that allows for small formatting changes such as bold, italics, underlining and the ability to insert emojis. 

    You'll also find other improvements like the ability to cc and bcc emails, and have more visibility of your emails and the PDF of the invoice with a preview on the left of the screen. 

    While this is limited to new invoicing at present, we will look into surfacing this to other areas of the product over time. We'll let you know of any further change for this, here.

    We need to be able to customise the outgoing emails, including fonts, links, footers and signatures. They look terrible as they are.

    This applies accross the whole platform: HQ, Tax,Workpapers. We don't want to send invoices or queries or ASK or anything much direct from Xero looking like it is.

    This is very important. The feature allowing us to email things directly with templated letters and auto filled numbers is great, but without formatting and logos it looks terrible.

    I would love to use it, but can't bring myself to, because it looks so bad.
