AU Payroll - Approve leave request from email
Approve employee leave requests directly from notification email.
As a Leave Approver, I want to be approve or reject leave applications directly from the notification email so that I don't have to continually login.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your thoughts on this. We agree that streamlining leave approvals would be a time saver. However, approving leave directly via email raises some security concerns. Allowing updates to sensitive payroll records without a secure login creates risks around unauthorised access.
While we do have upcoming improvements planned in the leave space, approving leave via email won't be part of those changes. Currently, approvers can easily review and approve leave requests on the go using the Xero Me app.

We look after a smaller organisation that falls under a bigger organisation we have nothing to do with.
The bigger org wants to take over payroll and approve their leave, however as they're not on the payroll how do we have leave requests going to a third party email? Seems really really obvious and can't believe it's not a capability
