AU Payroll - Submit child support deductions through STP

Could Xero please introduce the ability to report child support deductions and garnishees via STP reporting to the ATO.

Xero currently does not support reporting of child support deductions through STP Phase 2 with Xero Payroll.

    I would like to add that even FAS(free account software) can get this correct.
    I have put up with a lot from this software. This is the point I have even considering spending my 90 per month on google ad to advise people not to use Xero. - I have come from a Monthly bill of approx. $15 to your pricing and in almost every way my old system was superior. I can do a custom invoice. That is it. - reconciling is a mess - PDF can not be sent on PO. you have pop up that ask how is the software working for you but there are page of people advising the changes that need to be made. But there are years with no one responding. I recommend every one get out it not even worth staying until the end of the year. It not like any one from Xero is go to change a thing.

    Services Australia called today to advise that child support is not being reported for STP2. What a joke. How do you get away with this. Every accounting software does this QBO,MYOB,Reckon. The most expensive software lacks the essential functionality. Please fix this so ATO and Services Australia get the infomration they need. I do not want to receive phone calls from them and spend time on the phone to help them reconcile the payments they recieve.

    A lot of people make the assumption that it does automatically go to child support

    I did some research trying to see if there was a simple solution for child support payments to be added to a batch and alas it appears Xero does not currently have this capability for some reason. There have been a number of comments regarding this shortfall dating to months ago - please Xero can this seemingly simple process be addressed. Thank you.

    Child support called me today because they needed the composition details of my monthly payments and told me it was possible to report child support amounts through STP from xero. I came here to research how. Apparently Child Support are ill informed. This is needed.

    Ability to report via STP will enable businesses to streamline payroll processing.

    It is critical. you have the ability to report fees but not child support...
