I would love to be able to add hyperlinks into email template (for invoices especially), to encourage customers to leave google reviews and similar

I would also like to add a Google Review link to my emails and/or invoice templates

I wanted to highlight that some of our clients don't use invoicing from Xero because they are unable to add labels (such as accreditation or certification labels) and branding colors to their Xero email templates. It would save a significant amount of time if such customized emails could be sent directly from Xero. Additionally, this feature could be a compelling reason for clients to switch to Xero from other bookkeeping systems.

Important to be able to add links to product information and terms and conditions. Come on Xero, surprise us by doing something we actually ask for / want from the system rather than creating more new ways to charge us extra for things we don’t want.

This appears different from the original request to add HTML formatting to emails.
If you put a hyperlink in there, most email programs will show it as a link, so not really necessary unless you are trying to hide the link like "CLICK HERE" instead of having,

The logo already appears in the emails, so what more do you want?

I do find it frustrating that the pay link defaults to their payment platform where most of my customers pay by Bank Transfer, which is fee-free.

It would also be nice to format the color for when Invoices are overdue. Only bold and italics work.
Using span with styles is ignored.

Absolutely critical function that is soo simple

A clickable link that goes back to my Google page for my customer to leave a review would be great.

This would be a really useful feature to be able to include links to terms and help pages on the company website.
