AU Payroll - SGC statement report
Require an SGC statement report ( a combination of Employee remuneration + payroll activity summary report) that includes all details required about the employee and super accrued on OTE + Overtime hours worked. This would enable efficient reporting to the ATO when super payments are late.

I agree! This is so important Whenever I have to create an SG Statement it takes SO LONG to get the data from Xero as first it is dispersed in several reports, some data (TFN) is actually not available on ANY reports so we have to go through each employee record (current and past) to extract it. And finally Superannuation ABNs are not available in Xero so I have to use other resources just to retrieve that other piece of information
All in all a very time consuming exercise
I think moving to Super on Payday this will become even more important
I would to love to have a report like this by July 2026 (in which case Non-OTE categories will no longer be required) -

I understand the need for privacy of the TFN numbers but an SGC statement requires bookkeepers to fill this data in if an org is late with their super. If this has to be done and a client has 100 staff then we would have to go into each individual card and check the TFN number and manually transfer it to an ATO spreadsheet. It would be good to have a way to access this sort of information ONLY for authorised payroll admin people and maybe have some sort of disclaimer so that it reminds people that they need to keep the info secure.
