Spreadsheet-style navigation in bills & invoices
Data entry would be much faster if Xero worked like a spreadsheet:
• Enter = down to next row
• Tab = across columns
Most users are already used to this behaviour from Excel/Sheets, so it feels natural. It would save time and reduce errors when entering bills and invoices.

Hi Donough, you can already press Tab key in Xero to move across columns. We do have additional shortcuts as well. You can refer to the Xero Central article Tips and shortcuts for more information, but if you need an extra hand you can raise a case with our Xero Support specialists. 😊
