Add Geofencing to Xero Payroll for Seamless Timesheet Automation

I’d like to suggest adding a geofencing feature within Xero Payroll to improve how employee timesheets are recorded and approved.
With geofencing, employees could automatically clock in and out when they enter or leave a designated work location (set by GPS coordinates). This would remove the need for manual time entries or paper-based sign-ins, ensuring timesheets are accurate and reducing administrative workload.

Reduced manual errors: Eliminates forgotten or incorrect timesheet entries.

How it could work:
Admins define one or more geofenced zones within Xero (e.g., office, warehouse, job site).
Employees use the Xero Me app (or a similar interface) with location permissions enabled.
When an employee enters a zone, the system records a clock-in; when they exit, it records a clock-out.
The timesheet is generated automatically, ready for review and payroll approval.
This feature would make Xero an even more powerful and efficient tool for managing mobile and onsite workforces.
