    Hi Paul, while we don't have any immediate work planned for this is there an ideal # of items you'd like to set as a default per page? 


    Just to keep things transparent, in the way features in Xero are developed, it's unlikely that this would be implemented across all areas at once. You may notice with the recent update we have being rolled out in the Reconcile page you can now see 50 statement lines at once. Also from within Products and Services, if you change the # of items per page, this selection will be held when you navigate away. A couple of exceptions for this would be if working in incognito mode or switching between browsers. 

  3. Include on sales invoices the option to add a link to the packing slip. Some larger organisations only pay on receipt of the packing slip. This addition would mean the user only has to attach one document.

  4. Line numbers on Purchase orders and Bills. This is standard industry practice when ordering oversea as they all speck by a line number when referring to a Purchase order. hard to do when there isn't one. I have invented a work around but I shouldn't have to, it should be a standard option as it is a standard thing that the rest of the world uses

  5. It would be great if Zip could be categorised correctly as a "Buy Now, Pay Later" service, rather than "Credit Card" payment service. This would allow us to integrate it with xero invoices along with Stripe for example. Currently they come up in the same category so we can only choose one. Maybe it's time to add a buy now, pay later category for after pay etc as well.

  6. Would love to see the option to assign an expense approver to multiple expense submitters or even an 'Approvalmax' approver matrix function added to Xero Expenses. Currently using Xero Expenses to administer over 100 employees expenses and need stronger controls than central finance approving all. Happy to help design/ test!

  7. I would love for the Watched Accounts box from the website dashboard to show up on my phone app dashboard. Sometimes I just need to see a bank balance or expense balance while traveling. Currently have to go to online website to see those watched accounts on my dashboard. Would be super cool to have them on phone app dashboard as well.

  8. We use the search facility when trying to locate a previous invoice from a customer but the search doesn't show a summary of the items ordered (the "description" column) so could you perhaps add the "description" column listing into the search results when the down arrow is pressed that currently only shows the date and payment total. We find we need to go through so many invoices just to find the one which has a certain "product" customer ordered.

  11. When raising an invoice, add the functionality to 'select all' lines, to add to assign to a Project.

    When creating an invoice, even from within a Project each line has to be manually assigned to a project.
    Even if an invoice is copied from a previous one from within the project, the project information is not copied over and each line has to be assigned individually.
    This is very onerous, especially when there are numerous invoice lines.

    When actions are taken from within a Project, Xero does not seem to carry this information through, which is very poor.

  12. Please could you allow us to restart the timer for a time entry that has been saved. Sometimes I have to come back to the same "sub task" (sorted by description) after a few hours and I don't want to type out the same description again. Nor do I want to create a brand new task for something that would be part of the same task, but have a slightly different note to it.

    I, for instance, work doing IT helpdesk tasks, and I use the description field to differentiate between helpdesk tickets for a client. I do not always…

  13. The current version of Shopify Integration App, does not support bringing across the Shopify Order ID, this means the only method you have to check the system is to match the date and the amount.

    You can imagine if you get 3 orders in 1 day that are the same amount its impossible to match them correctly.

    Can we make the system use the Shopify Order ID as the Invoice number?
    To prevent duplication previous apps i have used in xero have applied a prefix to the invoice id, for example NWB- so it would look like this NWB-4615

  14. Allocation to Projects

    Can a feature please be added where a recurring bill is allocated to a project on set up? At present this can only be done manually after the recurring transaction has been created. We have over 100 recurring bills per month where we'll have to do this manually month-on-month in perpetuity.

  17. Draft Bills - BULK add Due date when bulk approving.
    - need to use when creating RCTI's from purchase orders. We have the option to bulk move from Purchase order to Draft Bill, but then must open each one individually to apply the due date so that they can then be approved.

    Another alternative is to add a 'due date' field on the screen when choosing to transfer the Purchase Orders to the Draft Bill page
