  1. When entering a bill or invoice, you enter the total at the top then add statement lines, would be great if it showed remaining amount to be charged/ reconciled to reach the desired total. This would cut down admin time when reconciling bills after entering gst amount could show the total remaining as the non gst amount so you do not need to calculate the remaining amount.

  3. It would be useful to see a breakdown of the time assigned to each task within a project, rather than just a list of the time entries in date order. Seeing the overall time on the task page is useful, but being able to delve into that would be more useful.

  4. When using the search fund for INVOICES current options are: Enter Number, Reference, Contact or Amount. It would be nice to also be able to search by the account number issued to your clients.

  5. Projects>Time entries
    Currently only one view, in order of entry.
    We enter start and end times for tasks.
    Would prefer to have the ability to sort the time entries page by time started. That way a user can more readily identify parts of their day not yet entered.

  6. I will like an option that will force customer to register to Auto Pay.

    All our customers agreed to use Auto Pay and most of them "forgets" or "don't see" the Auto Pay checkbox option. So, what happens, they pay thinking they have subscribed to Auto Pay.

    This option will make our billing management so much easier.

    A quick fix to that issue could be the following:
    When they select the button "Set up auto pay", then the Auto Pay checkbox should at least be already selected.

  7. Fix the Bill Total field to allow regular number input ability.

    Specifically, allow the ability to enter .01 instead of having to enter 0.01 which is very unnatural. So, disable/remove the logic that requires the Bill Total entered to start with a number.

    Use Case
    - We get numerous invoices with a $0.01 total where the product may be an allocation or new line incentive. I constantly get a Bill Total mismatch because I enter the Bill Total as .01 which results in $1.00 bill total instead of the expected $0.01 bill total.

  9. I'm invoicing through Xero and I want to allow customers to save their card on file in my stripe account when they pay an invoice.

    This way, we can bill them again in the next cycle. We deal with metered pricing, so the value of the invoice is different each month based on usage.

  11. In the old quote version, when adding an item it would search just by the item code which was great.

    Now it searches and displays even in the item description, so now end up with a big list to scroll through with description also showing, and especially as the font is bigger.

    Any chance this can be looked into and item search just looks at item code/name, without searching and displaying description,?

  14. create a remove and copy option (similar to remove and redo) which then copies all details from the transaction you are deleting to a new transaction to then recode rather than trying to remember all the details from the transaction you are deleting

    Interesting idea, Gary - will be good to get a sense of the interest in this. Can you share more detail of scenarios you're finding you encounter where you need to   copy a transaction to a new one when removing it? 

    Is there a reason editing is not an option?- Or would this commonly be with a payment transaction against an invoice/bill?

  16. When entering an expense claim you can only assign it to a supplier if you paid with company money. If you pay with personnel money the supplier field is only free text and doesn't list suppliers to choose from.

    I would like it so that we can search for suppliers and see everything that has been purchased from them no matter if it was paid directly to them or from one of our team members' back pocket.

  17. Quotes/Sales Overview
    Be great to search by account in addition to current fields. For those business that need to track quotes based on product or brand or account, this would allow a business to see activity and also follow up quotes from the one screen. hope that makes sense.

  19. Have all tasks automatically marked as invoiced (preferably with invoice number) when they have varying hourly rates and times set within the task. Also ability to mark any task manually as invoiced and assign an invoice number if required.
