  1. In XWP when a task is archived you cannot click on the documentation tab on the task/GL level. You can only find documentation via the section at the bottom of the pack.

    I think you should be able to click on the documentation on the task/GL level even when achieved so you know what documentation relates to each task/GL account without having to figure it out by looking at the documentation names (ex: if you have 5 pieces of documentation relating to 5 different GL accounts, you see them all grouped at the bottom of the pack and you don't…

  2. We are wondering if you could add a script at the phone number field in XPM so that when we click on client's phone numbers, the website will trigger an application (such as Microsoft Teams) to make phone call. This will save us time having to copy and paste phone number onto the application.

  3. Hi there

    Just a suggestion.

    I wonder if we can please make the depreciation and tax depreciation report setting to automatically default to the last saved setting instead of having to save it as default report and without saving it into drafts? Similar to Wrike workflow product.

  4. MTD for ITSA
    Xero have been a bit quiet on the issue of MTD for ITSA. What is the suggested solution for ITSA? If the Xero plan is to charge the starter plan at £14/month (plus VAT) I think you will lose a lot of the market share. MTD for ITSA needs a simple £5/month solution for sole traders with ability to use expenses app for free. The costs of £14/month plus £2.50 for expenses is going to lose a lot of our clients to competitors like FreeAgent (which is free if you have an RBS/Natwest/Mettle account). Finding it hard…

    In terms of Xero plans, MTD for ITSA will be available on every plan. This means it'll be available on all business plans - Starter, Standard, Premium, but also all partner plans - Ledger, Cashbooks, Bureau, etc.

    Clients may also be interested in the new app Xero Go, a simple business tracking and data capture tool, which links to a Xero partner plan so you can see the data and manage ITSA filings.

  5. Instead of asking a practice manager administrative to give you access, you can search clients already with your practice, and request access through Xero.

    This would save time of the person requesting, and also save time for the administrative person having to key in details as they will hopefully just be able to accept or decline the request.

  6. In XERO as at today when you set up a salary sacrificed arrangement, the amount being sacrificed by the employee will be added onto the employer's contribution and appear under the employer's field for reporting purposes.

    But when you need to submit the pension report to the pension provider portal you will need to separate employee and employer contribution. It will be much easier to download the report, at least from the pension filings option, that shows all the breakdown of all information as it needs to be so it can just be uploaded in the pension provider portal without…

  7. It would be great to be able to look at 2 different accounts/companies at the same time to compare and check timesheets in WorkflowMax. We have staff working over 2 accounts/companies and would love to be able to check they have done their designated hours between both.

  8. Would love to see features to the group profile. Even if they were custom tabs from the business settings (so it applies to all groups). Some ideas are:

    1. Group information - could be a list of the clients and their partner, manager, class, etc (would be great if each firm could select what client details they want to include from their business settings).

    2. Client Fees - could use this section to add services, fees and notes for each client, and then have this total per service, client and group. This way you can update on the go and see the…

  9. Ability to export Xero Tax in CSV format.

  12. Document Packs when resent do not update the "History" in Xero Tax. This means that the most recent reminder in Xero Tax can actually be much more older than that from the Xero Document Pack

    Would be good to see the history in Xero tax use the dates from the reminders sent in the document pack instead of having to leave Xero tax to find out.

  18. I would like to request that a report be designed where you can determine which purchase orders contain the "quantity on order" on a specific code. At the moment the only report you can pull is one where it shows which bills and invoices contain that code.

    We work with thousands of products, and we need to find a way to determine which purchase orders have certain codes. There should be an option to pull a report based on the item code, showing what is on order (including the PO number) as well as the bills and invoices.

  20. When a business incorporates we cannot add the date of incorporation and therefore cannot print reports for the first year correctly without further work. For first year accounts can you look to make it so that we can have an extended first year
