A placeholder for the applicable tax return year that can be inserted into the NOA email template would make it easy for clients to know which year the email relates to.

Xero Files: File upload notifications for administrators
When a client uploads or emails a file to the Xero files area of their own subscription, it would be helpful if we, as their accountants, could receive a notification to let us know there is a file waiting for us.

Hubdoc | Add new contact - Details to populate from the invoice
When creating a new contact in Hubdoc for Xero, it would be great if there was an option to add the contact details (address, phone, email, tax ID, bank details, etc) right then. Hubdoc could read the information from the invoice and populate it on the spot rather than my having to remember who I added on the fly, go find the information again, and then manually type it all in myself.

AU Tax - Apportioning Motor Vehicle Schedule
The Ability to Apportion the "Motor Vehicle Schedule" to different item labels in the tax return. It would be really handy if we have that option.

Hubdoc - Increase Decimal Places when entering multiple line items.
When entering line items in Hubdocs it would be so useful if we could enter the same number of decimal places that are available in Xero. When we split invoices into line items it is very clunky having to make rounding adjustments because we only have 2 decimal places in Hubdocs, yet 4 in Xero.

XPM Custom Reports - Bulk select new fields to add
It would be handy to be able to select (and deselect) in bulk when adding fields to a custom report. Currently, you can only select one item at a time from a dropdown list. It becomes very confusing when adding multiple fields, particularly when you have to keep scrolling down to find the field that you need. Also, it is difficult to determine which fields have been added etc.

Bank Reconciliation - Indicator of Unreconciled Items in Drop-down Menu
When completing Bank Reconciliations (especially for those customers with 5+ bank accounts) it would be useful to see an indicator of Unreconciled Items in the drop-down list at the top left corner of the screen. This could either be the number of unreconciled items, or simply an asterisk to indicate there are items to be reconciled.
I often use this drop-down to switch between their most-used bank accounts, but if there was something to indicate which accounts still have unreconciled items, this would be immensely helpful and save a lot of time switching back to the main Bank Accounts screen…

AU Tax - Upload supporting documentation to tax return item in ITR
Just wondering if there is anything in the pipeline at all where you could potentially upload support documents, receipts, invoices etc behind the tax return item item while in the ITR. Would be a very handy function for individual tax returns.

Practice Manager - click phone number to trigger an application to make phone call
We are wondering if you could add a script at the phone number field in XPM so that when we click on client's phone numbers, the website will trigger an application (such as Microsoft Teams) to make phone call. This will save us time having to copy and paste phone number onto the application.

Change Capacity under Settings/Practice to allow for Saturday and Sunday so that on the Dashboard for Time Summary the time entered on Saturday and Sunday shows and is reflected in the Productivity circle on the Dashboard

When viewing bills/invoices under a contact, can the 'bill created', 'bill approved' and 'bill paid' icons be different colours please? :)

AU Tax - Franking Account: Ability to reorder rows chronologically
When entering in the Franking Account in a tax return, you should be able to reorder the rows if you enter a date that is not in chronological order. Or alternatively, the system should be smart enough to re-order the rows based on date.

XPM - Create a Quote for a group of clients
At present it is not possible to provide a quote to a group. Eg Joe Bloggs has a company, trust, partnership and smsf and his wife and kids. We want to provide a quote for the group however XPM only allows the quote to be done for the one client.

We use fixed fee pricing for most of our services but we want to track time and see if the job is profitable.
This would be so beneficial as it would allow us to use inventory fixed fee pricing like in Xero but still analyse staff time cost against the fixed fee price

XPM - Add the ability to insert {year} or {ClientName} so that it prefills into the job when we create a new job
It would save so much time if we could prefill year into the job name when we create a new job, and client name into the description so that when the description prefills into the invoice it specifies the entity.
