  2. We leverage the Income Tax Client Report within XPM, and report on lodgements leveraging this data. It would be great if there was the ability to schedule the Tax Agent Request to the ATO for refreshed data - e.g. once per week, so that the reporting we have is automatically refreshed periodically and this doesn't rely on a person refreshing the data manually.

  3. Job statuses. Is there a way that when a job moves from one status to the next, it automatically timestamps these movements. It's time consuming having to add a note of these changes.

  4. In the job list screen, it would be great if you could either customise the "priority" so that jobs appear in the order that you need to complete them or if you could simply move them to the order that you would like to complete them in.

  7. A section in Tax on XPM it notifies you that an ITR doesn't have bank account details entered before filing.
    This will help solve the issue of filing tax returns with missing client bank accounts for refunds.

  8. I believe it would be very beneficial if there was an option to have an overall notes section for each column, and not just only a notes section for each specific return / activity statement. Rather this notes option would just be for the client as a whole, so the impotant notes could be stored here. It is easier to record previous discussions that may have been made about the client and their specific situations. This will make it much more accessible to see the whole history of the client with just one click.

  9. Currently only able to raise progress job invoice in client. abilitiy to raise both progress and final invoice would be better than having to go to invoicing to raise final invoice.

  10. New XPM Contacts that link to multiple clients shows archived contacts when search. This is confusion to know which contact to select when the client has archived entities, if use incorrect one then not using 1 main contact. Currently having to select each one till find the main contact with current contact info.
    Need to block out archived contacts from showing or atleast show a symbol against them so know not to select it.

  13. The ability to customer the Totals line of the Annual Reports so that they have the top line and Bottom Double line along with the figures having a $ sign. It doesn't right to just have the figure without the finishing touches.

  14. We have a number of firm incentives for both partners and managers relating to their individual client portfolios. An ability to review their control of WIP, billings and receipts should not be a major effort. Or is Pulse the answer?

  15. Can we please be able to view and individuals FIRST NAME and LAST NAME on the Client Details Screen. Currently you can only see what the First Name and Last Name for a client is by going in to Edit the page. It seems extremely weird that you can't view the First Name and Last Name of a client on the Main Details page when arguably that is the most important detials of an Individual!

  18. It would be useful if the Tax Payments screen in Xero Practice Manager had an "all" tab, where you could see all tax payments due (for a certain date). This is useful if you don't know what stage a certain letter is at.

  19. Request ability for individual users to view their own time recorded under Business Menu without having visibility of all other practice users. There are custom reports you can build to report on time recording but the problem is you can't easily see the total time recorded per day for each staff member for the previous or current week, to check for any gaps. It's not ideal for monitoring time recording, whereas the view under Timesheets in the Business menu is much easier to see at a glance if any days are blank or short in time. However, it is not…

  20. Would be very helpful to have repeating tasks within a job. For example, if doing work for a client over the financial year there are a list of tasks every month. There is no effective solution when there are different staff assigned to different task within the client job. Repeating tasks with staff assigned for the year would allow you to keep track of what has been done & what still needs to be done for each month. (Monthly checklist for July, Aug, Sept,...)

    Currently the only solution is to have a set of tasks and un-tick these each month.…
