  3. We wish to undertake analysis by looking for the data contained in the "TIME PRODUCTIVITY - % Billable v Non-Billable Time - Staff Summary" report on a monthly basis in a tabular format.
    Unfortunately even though this report is called a "Table Report", XPM does not allow for the year to date date range to be entered but then have the data populate in the report on a monthly basis. Such a feature would greatly enhance a practice's capability of keeping an eye on the operational data for service firms like accounting and legal practices

  6. At the moment, within XPM staff permissions, there is either full access for managing invoices (view, edit, create and delete invoices), or nothing. Staff should have access to view previous invoices for tax return preparation, but not necessarily the permission to edit, create or delete invoices. Would like more access granularity for this feature.

  10. Enable the ability to generate a report that includes users for each client organisation that includes users who are not staff members so that you can quickly see if the correct and relevant people are accessing the Xero file and know if you need to remove users who shouldn't be there.

  11. It would be great to have tasks within jobs (XPM) link to Xero Blue's item codes so that when importing bulk invoices, they can be allocated to a specific task/item code. This will allow for easy reporting both in XPM/Xero Blue.

    Otherwise, it would be great to have an option to allocate a task to invoices in Xero Blue that links back to the relevant task in XPM, similarly to the way the Reference field works for jobs.

  13. Hi Xero team , I just try "Automate bill entry", it looks good, is it possible to make it automatic divided into our tracking ? For example we have 1 tracking category with 10 list on that tracking, we would like the bills automatic divided to the 10 list. Is it possible ?

  16. XPM Custom Report - Allow field selection & criteria to access client, tax & invoice data. We need to run a report that will check if a tax return was created within a date range and then check if any invoices were created during that same time. Currently we have created a custom report of clients who we have started a tax return for and then we manually have to check if they were invoiced.

  17. Expose the staff billable rate on the XPM API?

    The billable rate for staff timesheets/tasks aren't available for jobs until they are invoiced, and there's no way for integrations with XPM to understand the in-progress cost of a job without getting the staff billable rate... or if there's an override on the job.

  19. When using the report builder in XPM and going into the samples tab - there is a lot of reports and it can be quite overwhelming. Tags for types of reports / ways to search / filter the list would be a great addition for being able to work out the sample report that would be most beneficial to build out for my needs.

  20. When completing a tax return in XPM, have the audit check feature check the IRD number for hyphens so it's in the correct format. If the number is entered with spaces instead of a hyphens, the audit check lets it pass, and throws an error when submitting.
