  2. When accessing the Work In Progress from a client screen the column showing the job name is nowhere near wide enough to see the full description. The box in the centre containing all columns could also be made wider to fill the whole screen. See attached screenshot.

  3. The ability to post be posted from Xero to XPM based on the invoice line rather than per invoice.
    We have a monthly fee that goes out to clients from Xero that has two invoice lines, one being the consulting fee and the second being a software subscription fee. We would love the consulting fee line to post to the "Ad Hoc" job and then have the subscription line go to a new job called "software recovery".

  4. Using notifications are a great way to communicate on a job and keeping the history of the same. One frustration I have is when a new note is created I get a notification to tell me a new note has been added but I do not know what the subject of the new notification is from my on screen notification. This can be a problem as some notifications take only a few moments of my time whilst others require me to set aside a substantial amount of time, but I cant tell which it is from the on screen notification.…

  5. Now that the Trust requirements have changed, is it possible to update the Client Relationships report. Accountants now have to provide the DOB and IRD numbers for the Trustees, Settlors and Beneficiaries. Currently, if I add the [client] tax number field and the [client] Date of Birth field, I get these fields for the original trust only, I need to get the [client relationship] tax number and DOB please.

    Create/ generate a single Tax Return Report on industry codes which includes: SMSF, Individuals, Sole Traders, Partnerships, Trusts etc.

    Currently we can only create separate reports for:
    - Individuals and Sole Traders
    - Companies

  8. Xero should be able to offer billing in other currencies as currently they are unable to bill Xero Practice Manager in SGD.

    I was advised by Xero support, that this is because they are part of their Global billing in Practice Manager, so it will automatically be billed in USD.

    However, their Xero Accounting invoices are billed in Singapore Dollars, so not too sure why similar principles don't apply?

  12. We have staff that need to see who the biller client is for a group however we do not want them being able to see staff timesheets.

  14. copy the functionality of access Handisoft to be able to hide details of partners and their own entities from staff in XPM. They can see TFN for example. In Handisoft they can'r even see an address much less who in in the partners private group.

  17. Please make it an option to have the sign off on the Tax Return Cover Letter as Manager rather than Tax Agent name. This helps the client know who to refer to if they have any queries.

    Make a hyperlink for.

  19. Would be great to create a report in XPM that shows client bank details so we can identify clients that are missing bank details and need to be followed up. This would also avoid the issue with tax returns being lodged with no bank details recorded.

  20. It would be great to have a way to setup Tax rate 2 as a default tax on all the tasks so that we don't have to click on every task and select it in the dropdown menu every time we create an invoice. There are 2 taxes that apply to all of our services here in Québec, so Tax 2 is not optional.
