    Currently, in XPM it's only possible to customise a cover page of a tax return. However, it's not possible to customise the actual return including the last page.
    We'd like to be able to customise the last page to enable an anchor phrase to be entered to assist preparing templates for DocuSign automated signing platform.

  2. Hi can you please add in a function to the adviser reports that allows the users to enter in dynamic ranges, such as current date but can also be extended to other fields. As I do not want to be pulling in a new template each time this error occurs, I would like to just amend the pages by inserting the new date reference.

  3. It would very helpful to show the "Amount due" and WIP balances on both of the CLIENT and GROUP listing screens.
    At the moment these screens shows the telephone number and address which does not help at all. At the very least give us the ability to customize
    these columns so that we can "choose" what to see

  4. Have a master overview of Xero accounts from different offices.
    The offices administrators staff level can only see their own Xero clients unless added to the master overall practice.

  5. Users can scan their invoices via mobile app when they don’t have an internet connection.

    Purpose: To make sure that the invoices/documents didn’t get lost in the Hubdoc app when the internet connection is intermittent.

  8. When the report is extracted through Report Builder, the value for Title field is always under Uppercase even though it's Proper case when we first select the option on the client section.

    This is causing unnecessary extra work for us to fix it manually every time we run the report.

    The report should show the same value as how it's entered.

  9. When using the conversion toolbox import template to upload invoices and bills into Xero, it does not give me the option to map the Reference to the correct field. Instead, I have to go into each one afterwards and edit it to include the reference.

    There is a column in the import sheet for a Reference so I'm not sure why it won't map it to the correct field. It would be great if this could be fixed to cut down all the manual work we would have to do after uploading the invoices.

  11. Allow for rules to be placed on what to do when data is missing or unable to be grabbed. Ideally for these to be linked by which supplier the order is from or even setting global rules

    Specific Ideas:
    -Setting a default Global Due by date when missing
    -Setting a specific stock line(s) to apply stock to by supplier
    -Setting not to overwrite cost price with default cost price in system.

  13. The ability to deal with purchase commission on a sales invoice
    If you sell goods at an auction they will send you a sales invoice for the transaction with the bottom line being the net value (Sale of goods less any commission and vat payable to them). It would be helpful if Hubdoc could deal with this all in one transaction.

  16. To be able to run report which will show the Gross Taxable Income for taxpayers across the practice.
    That is, similarly to how can print report for all clients in the practice which shows the current filing status and date tax return was filed, be able to print a report for all clients in the practice which shows their Gross Taxable Income for the year.
    This functionality will be helpful especially for eg checking if a Client is entitled to the Cost of Living Payment.

  20. We currently can drag and drop details in the bank rec screen to populate fields. As the OCR in Hubdoc is not so polished yet, if we can have a similar drag and drop feature would be immense in using Hubdoc to process transactions as this would cut down on the data entry.
