Hubdoc mobile app - Ability to scan invoices without internet connection
Users can scan their invoices via mobile app when they don’t have an internet connection.
Purpose: To make sure that the invoices/documents didn’t get lost in the Hubdoc app when the internet connection is intermittent.

It would be great if there was an 'Other' category tagging option under PPE.
We have PPE in our ledgers that doesn't sit under any of the options currently available.

Practice Manager | Client & Group listing - Show Amount due & WIP balance
It would very helpful to show the "Amount due" and WIP balances on both of the CLIENT and GROUP listing screens.
At the moment these screens shows the telephone number and address which does not help at all. At the very least give us the ability to customize

Xero HQ - Link Xero accounts for different offices
Have a master overview of Xero accounts from different offices.
The offices administrators staff level can only see their own Xero clients unless added to the master overall practice.2 votesHi Cerith - It's possible to 'group' clients in Xero HQ, and you can also manage your staff's access to practice clients.

Hubdoc - Email-to-Bill Rules
Allow for rules to be placed on what to do when data is missing or unable to be grabbed. Ideally for these to be linked by which supplier the order is from or even setting global rules
Specific Ideas:
-Setting a default Global Due by date when missing
-Setting a specific stock line(s) to apply stock to by supplier

Be able to tag clients
Purpose; so we can bulk tag non current clients for archiving and create jobs for the next days individual tax returns.

Xero Tax (NZ) - Include Gross Taxable Income
To be able to run report which will show the Gross Taxable Income for taxpayers across the practice.
That is, similarly to how can print report for all clients in the practice which shows the current filing status and date tax return was filed, be able to print a report for all clients in the practice which shows their Gross Taxable Income for the year.
This functionality will be helpful especially for eg checking if a Client is entitled to the Cost of Living Payment.3 votes -

Hubdoc - Drag & drop details from scanned document
We currently can drag and drop details in the bank rec screen to populate fields. As the OCR in Hubdoc is not so polished yet, if we can have a similar drag and drop feature would be immense in using Hubdoc to process transactions as this would cut down on the data entry.

Ability to merge documents in Hubdoc.
Purpose: To easily combine separated pages of a document into one.
183 votesThanks for your input here, everyone. Our team is currently looking into adding a document merge feature into their roadmap. However, no dates are planned for when this will be implemented.
That said, we’ll move the status of the idea into ‘Under review’, so please continue to add your vote and give us your comment on how this feature can improve your workflow.
For now, you can merge your documents outside Hubdoc, then upload/email it into Hubdoc. Feel free to also share some options here on how you merge the documents before you put it into Hubdoc.
