  2. It would be great to have an option to prepare a CT600 only: We prepare a number of accounts for friendly societies so don't file accounts for them, but we do need to file CT600s for them.

  3. Currently once the document pack is sent you can't see the message that you have sent the client. It would be good to be able to see what you have told them- especially if you are providing them with additional information but you don't want to have to do a separate email.

  4. Can the Directors, Shareholders and Shares held, beneficiaries, Trustees etc in XPM be available to import into the Financial Statements template so it can stop you having to create custom fields with this information to report on?

  5. Have a workpaper for motor vehicle private use adjustments with calculators for FBT, logbook, and mileage reimbursement. Be able to have more than one like the home office workpaper does. And have this roll forward like the home office one does so that you can see the method used by the client and the FBT/logbook values etc.

  6. We are in the process of organizing our client list for Audit Shield and like many other accounting firms we need to assign our clients a Turnover category. Currently Xero informs me there is no report I can run that will list the clients and their turnover for me to easily identify which category to assign to the client for audit purposes.

    A report that shows the client, their income/turnover and the possibility to group and total buy the Client Group would be amazing and save so much unnecessary admin time.

  8. For Practise Accounts
    have one section for internal notes on the client that can be updated
    - Files can be attached but not updated
    - Notes in a Report Text Box are only specific to that report
    Need a permanent place that I can add notes, instructions, updates to my staff dealing with a client

  10. It would be incredibly useful if there was the ability to create folders in HUBDOC to file published documents. This would make it easier to find any documents for the future as at present they are just in one longs list. For someone who heavily uses HUBDOC this list is never ending and almost impossibly to find documents that were uploaded historically.

WITH THE UPCOMING CHANGE IN CORPORATION TAX RATE (6/4/23) IT WOULD BE A NICE FEATURE IF THE PROFIT ALLOCATION IN ACCOUNTING YEARS STRADLING THE TAX YEAR END COULD BE TOGGLED BETWEEN "ALLOCATION ON DAYS" AND "ACTUAL ACCOUNTS" SO THAT THE MOST BENEFICIAL TREATMENT COULD BE USED FOR CLIENTS NEXT YEAR (IE USING THE METHOD THAT PUTS THE LARGEST SHARE OF THE PROFIT INTO THE PERIOD UPTO 5/4/23) - NEEDS TO BE AVAILABLE FOR 04/2023 YEAR ENDS AND AFTER

  12. Dropbox integration needs to include business Dropbox accounts. HubDoc is used by Businesses so it would make sense for the integration to be with Dropbox business. Currently only works with Personal Accounts.

Would be great for team members to be able to enter timesheet credits for flexitime hours over their standard daily hours, without having to enable the Financial privileges option in Staff settings (as this then provides visibility to all timesheets, ability to lock/unlock timesheets, ability to enter time for other team members, along with various practice financial report features etc).

  15. When giving a client access to their Xero file for the client to be able to add codes to the chart you need to give the client advisor access - Maybe the access to the chart of accounts should be added to the cashbook client as a tick box option (like manage users is in the adviser access)

  16. I have two situations where the billing in the financial part of the system was being charged by staff rate instead of by task rate. I am not sure why this occurred - possibly human error. So I created new jobs and tried to move the paid progress invoices to the new jobs but it isn't possible. Is there any way that we can move invoices in XPM from one job to another?

  18. When you have multiple companies using Xero and utilise the function to approve bills in Xero for audit tracking purposes you need a way to view the number of bills "Awaiting approval" in all of the companies in one place.

    It is very time consuming to open each company individually in order to confirm that there are bills that need approval.
