  1. The tax return view/list can be significantly improved through:
    - the All tax return tab - ability to update the status from here. Currently, when we go to Lodge, we have to find the return in the All tab to determine what status it is at, then go to that specific status tab, find the return again, and update the status - this is really cumbersome, particularly when we are lodging numerous returns that are all set at different statuses.
    - the ability to see more fields/columns for each tax return to reduce the risk of lodging the incorrect return.…

  2. Would be great if there was a second "Refresh from Xero" button in Xero Workpapers when preparing the workpaper pack. Idea being that the button stays constant as you scroll down the page with a large volume of accounts. This saves having to scroll back up the top of the page and scroll back to the account you were working on.

  3. I would like to add to the Sort By options, to include Payment Status. When Bills are issued months in advance of the due payment date it's difficult to manually skim through and find them on the Hubdoc Docs list to check them off as paid. As some of our bills are paid via owner funds introduced, it becomes important to have a checklist of what's been processed and what hasn't.

  5. Recently, Hubdoc links have been appearing as lengthy, distracting hyperlinks in our documents and reports. It can be frustrating to encounter these long links, and it's time-consuming to manually remove them one by one.
    It would be great if This feature should be entirely optional, allowing users to activate or deactivate it according to their preferences.

  8. Prior year workpapers - would you be able to change colour for financial years for workpapers. I refer to prior year workpapers to complete a job. It would be helpful to have different colours for current and prior year Xero workpapers to avoid confusion when both open at once.

  10. At present you have to enable indvidual currencies in Xero settings to allow a purchase receipt in this currency to go through from Hubdoc. If the currency is not pre-set up in Xero then the default is that that the purchase invoice reverts to GBP which means that you then have to reset the currency in Xero. If all currencies were automatically enable for Premium subscriptions this would be avoided and would not rely on each individual currency being manually added to Xero.

  14. When working on Shareholder Current Accounts - How can we make 'Shareholder' retain the new titles we give them eg Shareholder 1 - J Bloggs Shareholder 2 -T Bloggs each year we open up a new workpaper we have to key in the titles all over again. We use the 'Trial Balance - Edit' There may be a place we can go to to make the titles retain and would love to know how. If not perhaps something your team could work on.

  15. when the cost was initially onboarded in XPM, the costing was not properly setup. Upon turnover to me, I noticed it automatically when exporting reports that the cost don't have figures on it. Upon updating the staff cost (manually PER EMPLOYEE profile), it still won't reflect in the previous periods prior to the input of the staff cost.

  17. I was tagging my balance sheet and my VAT balance in the current year is a creditor but the balance last year was a debtor balance. Is there a way to tag them seperately so my debtors and creditors balances in the current and prior year are correct?

  18. A client user console with the ability for that user to log in and see queries on multiple entities rather than have to click on every email. eg. particularly useful when asking queries to a bookkeeper or financial planner on multiple different clients so that they can track all their queries in one location.

  19. The Beneficiary Details schedule of the return will need to be updated - In the title section there should be a 'King's Counsel' option instead of 'Queen's Counsel'.
