Hubdoc App - ability to add a note
Currently when users take photos of receipts on the app they do not have the ability to add a note. This would be great so that the admin person coding the receipt can receive some additional detail regarding the purchase.

Last week we rolled out an update to Hubdoc for all users, that allows you to add notes to uploaded documents!

Absolutely vital to having this feature. There is a considerable time wasted at present by having to go back to the desktop version to add notes. Glad the Tag function has been reinstated, shouldn’t be so difficult to add the Notes function too.

100% agree that it's critical. Please add the ability to add a note when scanning via the mobile app.

Absolutely agree with this. Some clients have found the HubDoc App broken as a result of not being able to add that detail (so have switched back to Dext - receiptbank as a result)

My clients do this by email a photo to the email address rather than using the Hubdoc app, then they add the note to the email.

For vehicles, I use 'tags' in HubDoc to identify which one it's for.

Agree. As an example, I have a client who has fuel receipts for two cars. One is 100% business use, the other is not. Currently he has to remember to write on the receipt which vehicle it's for before he takes the photo in the Hubdoc app. Which means he needs to have a pen handy. Be better and more reliable if he could note in the app.
