Yes you can do SMSF in Xero.
We build them for accounting firms.

I could really use this and it shouldn't be difficult to do with only a few more extras to enable recording of members balances, contributions, earnings, and payments. BGL is out of reach for smaller firms who don't have many SMSF clients.
Please get this happening ASAP! -

We are a small firm only have small number of SMSF clients. I don't understand why we can't use Xero for property SMSF accounting. Xero should look into it, it doesn't need to be complicated.

Yes we need something here. I only have a few SMSF's and it is not worth an investment in BGL. I don't need the full revaluation of investments but I need a chart of accounts tp post members balances, contributions, earnings, and payments.

Having proper SMSF Accounts which show detailed member balances and account for pensions and contributions. Something to rival BGL.
