When we set up a new lead and allocate it to an owner, the activities should auto allocate to the owner, instead it is setting to the responsibility of the admin person setting up the lead resulting in additional time taken to reallocate each of the the activities causing unnessary time consumption

As XPM integrates with FYI workflow, and you can toggle between viewing a workflow by jobs or by task, it would be a massive help if when importing annual compliance job templates with pre-defined tasks, you can define the task start and due date as part of the import and not have to individually go through and update these once the jobs have deployed.

  3. When doing a CTR for a client that has an ARBN. There is no ARBN field to enter this detail for our client.
    Can you please create a ARBN field and for this to pull from the clients details onto the CTR - as per the attached screenshot of the CTR

    Thanks for your engagement and feedback through the idea here, community. Appreciate the examples provided of the needs in being able to add relationship types to your clients. While this is an idea our team have their eyes on, we want to be upfront that it's not something we have planned atm. We'll keep you informed if there's any progress to share on this, here.

  7. Currently there is no option as was advised by your Support Team. This will help keep most Tax Returns & Activity Statements linked to the correct jobs irrespective of how & when they are created.

  8. It would be good to filter deleted clients like we can for archived clients on XPM custom reports. At the moment they display on the Income Tax report that compares clients with the ATO list and there is no way to filter them out. It makes finding clients who have dropped off the ATO list difficult.

  9. Can we please customise client page on XPM to add EMAIL.. We currently see the Client NAME, PH NUMBER, and ADDRESS. Can we please add EMAIL to the page?
    It would cut out alot time opening each page if we had some flexibility to simply add the email address column on the first page.

  10. From what I understand is common in a lot of firms is when a client leaves/dies/etc their client profile is archived in XPM and the data persists into infinity.

    Given the latest high profile data breaches is would be good if XPM had a Housekeeping module where firms could identify archived clients where the attached Personally Identifiable Information (In particular TFN, Bank account, phone/mobile and addresses) is no longer needed and permanently remove it in a structured process.

    A similar process may need to be created for the forms that we generate from XPM so they they are permanently removed…

  11. the function to search for clients needs to be easier (similar to the search function) when you are trying to run reports in XPM. It is tiring to go through 3,000 clients on a list to select the one I want to view as the function to run reports only allows me to type the first initial.
    It takes us almost 5-6mins to run a simple report

  12. Reporting on XPM - I need to run a report from XPM that shows me ALL our clients who haven't had a job booked in yet showing the name "2023" so I can then chase them for checklists.

    I can't see how to run a report that shows this. I really don't want to have to run multiple reports and compare things off - with over 1200 clients this takes an awful long time.

    There has to be a simpler way.

  13. Can you please allow Estimated Billing dollar amounts and WIP data to be accessed by third party approved apps.

    We have FYI Docs connected and they integrate with Xero Job Manager. They can only show WIP on jobs as time amounts not dollar values. Seeing actual WIP in hours is pretty much useless.

    This is critical for our practice as we use FYI Docs Job Manager. We currently have to also have a excel document running along side it that needs manual updating so we can view Estimated Billable amounts on jobs compared to the budget.

    Hi Renea, I notice you added your idea here to Practice Manager, can I just confirm - Are you looking to search Client contacts within Practice Manager, or Contacts within an individual organisation? Thanks 

  15. Would be great if we could sort by staff in the WIP Ledger reports. We can select staff it in the fields but not criteria. Would be good to provide reports to managers for their staff only.

  17. The ability to add share class in relationships.
    Currently you can only add the number of shares.
    However, we have a lot of companies that have different share class types (A Class, B Class, ORD Class etc).
    SUGGEST: adding a field under number of shares where you can type the share class (see attached example).

    This is a critical feature for our firm that is missing from XPM.

  18. Currently is it not possible to generate an exception report showing new clients added during the previous month, quarter or year. This is an important piece of reporting for CRM purposes. Similarly, it would be nice to generate an exception report showing client changes with appropriate attribute filters.

  19. Can we please be able to view and individuals FIRST NAME and LAST NAME on the Client Details Screen. Currently you can only see what the First Name and Last Name for a client is by going in to Edit the page. It seems extremely weird that you can't view the First Name and Last Name of a client on the Main Details page when arguably that is the most important detials of an Individual!
