    feel so bad currently.

    for the image (Picture) + PDF very clear.
    upload still cant capture the important data

    1. due date will date back to year 2020. why will choose this year?

    Hi Wendy, from what you've described our Support team may be best placed to help you here, instead of a product idea. I checked your support cases and it doesn't look like you've raised a case about this yet.

    Please could you contact support and include some more details and screenshots, they'll be happy to check it out. There's info on how to do this here: Get help from Xero support.
