1. More customisation on reports, especially management report, trial balance, etc.

   What if I want to add something on the cover and content page? There should be an option to insert content, add a text block, etc. Not to mention the period customisation, we have clients that just started out and we are required to add (Date of Incorporation) behind the starting date, e.g. period from 23 August 2024 (Date of Incorporation) to 31 March 2025.

   I want to also address the trial balance and some other reports as well, namely the accounting period has a lack of flexibility in terms of displaying the figures we wanted, like all I want from the trial balance is to display all figures (debit, credit) from a specific period and I am having a hard time making it work, like the "Debit - Year to date" and vice versa is not helping at all.

   Honestly, older QuickBooks have a higher degree of flexibility in this department.

   I've found 2 existing ideas that relate to points you've raised and have added your vote to these, so if there are any updates you'll be notified,

   • Xero HQ - Add incorporation date

   I've also found an idea around the Trial balance that may relate to what you've mentioned on the period figures view which you can support if you'd like.

2. gst export

   GST transactions (in GST Return) - The description is now the payment supplier or customer instead of the description on the invoice or transaction. And the links are now going to the payment or payment batch rather than to the invoice so then you need to look for the invoice you are trying to verify. Can the link please be the actual invoice being paid?
