  1. The ability to add share class in relationships.
    Currently you can only add the number of shares.
    However, we have a lot of companies that have different share class types (A Class, B Class, ORD Class etc).
    SUGGEST: adding a field under number of shares where you can type the share class (see attached example).

    This is a critical feature for our firm that is missing from XPM.

  3. Id like to have a placeholder for the prior period when using the recurring jobs function.
    When you complete a bookkeeping job you are doing this on prior period data so the recurring job functionality to use 'period' is not useful as it creates the workflow job a week in advance.

  4. Can there be a date period added to calculate the averages on this report?
    We do not find "The average in the account is calculated based on all transaction lines in the account for the life of the organisation" to be of use unfortunately.

  5. It would be very helpful to be able to mark individual months in each account as reconciled so a separate list does not have to be done to ensure that each month's books are fully complete. Thank you!

  6. Sometimes we have more than three people working on a job and currently Xero only allows for one preparer, manager and partner on a job. It would be good if we could have more flexibility in this area.

  7. In XPM, if we want to look at what tax payment notices we’ve sent to a client, we can’t see this by looking at the individual client’s dashboard. We need to go to the tax menu then search the client. It would be good if we could see it on the individual client’s dashboard as a section in the Tax Returns tab.

  8. I would like to add to the Sort By options, to include Payment Status. When Bills are issued months in advance of the due payment date it's difficult to manually skim through and find them on the Hubdoc Docs list to check them off as paid. As some of our bills are paid via owner funds introduced, it becomes important to have a checklist of what's been processed and what hasn't.

  12. I am frustrated that this has be added as "an idea" because it is clearly basic functionality. The structured buildings allowance doesn't roll forward each year and as such for the next 33 years I will need to re add the lines from 2023 and manually calculate the bought forwards. Not cool and in fact I will be looking for alternative software.

  13. Allow Hubdoc to publish a receipt to an existing 'BILL' in Xero without creating and new transaction and duplicating the amount. Failure to do this forces the user to upload the receipt directly into Xero files instead or opt not to use the BILL feature in Xero and publish transitions in real time from Hubdoc instead. For those wishing to have all their receipts in a magical shoe box in the cloud (Hubdoc) it appears that this would be a way forward.

  14. Workpapers - Preview Attachment Highlighting faded
    When previewing a workpaper rather than downloading if you have highlighted using pdf manager this doesnt show that bright. Need to fix as this is hard for a review to know what the team member has highlight.

It would be really good if when the accounts and corporation tax return have been sent out for digital signature to a client that there was a send receipt with a date and time stamp to show its been sent to the client with details of what email address it was sent to. When sending out lots of requests over various different clients it is easy to forget if you have sent the signature requests out.

  18. Please revert the staff page back to the old format.

    What used to be able to be accessed all on one page, you now have to click through on to 10 different pages to access the same information, and then this involves scrolling through so much wasted "white space" as well.

    Why are you insisting on pushing through with these changes to your programs which actually make more work for the people that use them.

    And the consistent change to spread everything out so that you constantly have to scroll and scroll and scoll - why. Your need for so…

  19. Under the Queries tab, Internal Queries and Review queries should contain a link to where the query was posted, so reviewer/prepared, can be taken to the specific item - Eg. Preparer makes note for income item under A5 - Analytical Review, Link should be enabled so Reviewer can be directed to query sitting under A5 - Analytical Review.
