Homepage - Ability to customize
It would be great for those that have various type of color blindness to be able to change the color, say the user has an issue with the color red or green, being able to change the color would be beneficial.

Widgets need more background contrast or boarders etc. to create definition around different sections.

the white on white makes it look very congested - layout is great - colouring needs to change to make it look more simplified

The ability to customize the colors on the homepage by different company (for those of us with multiple Xero files) would be extremely helpful to know which Xero file you are working in, especially since the Company Name field is now reduced to just 3 characters in the upper left.
