Allow Advisors to specify home screen widgets for users
We have various users from accounts administrator to operations managers and the new home screen will automatically show them extra information they don't necessarily need, as in, the operations managers should ideally have the bills and invoices front and centre and not really each other's credit cards. Also, the profit and loss widget is extremely annoying being there as our management is presented with monthly accrual basis accounts and use a custom P+L that require a large number of journals done so the profit and loss widget is wrong until the journals get done. Allow for customization of the Cash In and Out widget date ranges
Right now "Cash In and Out" shows the last 6 months in a rolling format, which I find to be totally useless. The date range should be user-definable, and should allow for up to 12 months, and should allow you to show YTD data. I want to see month-to-month data for the whole year on the dashboard.

Color coding tiles for easy organization and access.
Color coding tiles for easy organization and access.
I'd love to be able to color code the different homepage tiles and rearrange them so I have a bit more control over the hierarchy and can visually organize my account/ invoices etc.

Cash in and Cash out
Allow 2 categories of Cash Out since i am a sole trader and my drawings are included in cash out so the widget is useless if i cant either exclude drawings or split cash out between Busienss Cash Out and Owner Drawings Cash out. Just keep the Cash out bar but split into two colours so that you can see Cash out Business and Cash out Drawings.

record keeping for sent invocies
A record of all sent invoices, to whom and the time and date they have been sent.
And how many late payment reminders have been sent to the contacts
list? How many invoices have been sent to this contact?This will be really great for record-keeping.

Additional Work around "Quote"
Quotes Need a bit of work, You've just added ability to generate a link - that's great, however, still can't share quote in the app.
While creating a quote for a new customer - you can't add any of their details (but you can if you create an invoice), you have to create new customer first then go back to creating a quote, we have a lot of new customers just walking in.

I will miss approving draft invoices and bills
Make draft/awaiting approval invoices and bills stand out if an action is required, or add these to the tasks section.

Easier to read
Typography - The font weight for the numbers is very fine and doesn't draw the eye so it's harder to take in the important information at a glance. Under the 'Invoices Owed to You' and 'Bills to pay' sections it would be great to have a clearer marker (perhaps a red border, underline or background) on the overdue numbers to make the significance of that figure stand out more

HubDoc
It would be useful, if there was an option to put a HubDoc widget/button on the home screen, as now it is accessible with 2-3 mouse clicks. I use it daily with my clients and easier access would be beneficial.

reconcile non bank accounts
It would be handy to be able to reconcile accounts (eg clearing accounts) and be able to see just the unreconciled items, similar to the way the unreconciled transactions appear for bank accounts.

CASH IN / CASH OUT widget.
When editing the homepage it is possible to make this widget smaller or larger - which is great. But both formats show the exact same data (6 months)!

Adding Cashflow manager view into the dashboard
Adding Cashflow manager view into the dashboard is a helpful view to have. It will not only promote the idea of using the cashflow manager but for those who use it, will start giving dashboard views on cash forecast, balances and risks as cashflow management is an active part of small business users sensitivity.

chart of accounts
I don't like this new Homepage concept. Space is filled completely and cluttered. I much prefer the old layout. If you're going to do anything, please enable the "Chart of Accounts" to be resized to what it was before (it's now too small - even on the largest size setting), and allow us to insert blank spaces so that we scan spread things out if we wish to do so.

Quote Chasing Capability, New Feature
We currently have the ability to automatically chase invoices and send invoice reminders. However, there is no functionality in place to automatically follow up on outstanding quotations.
