Balance SheetNot the territory wasting layout and search with multiple key strokes etc to find - as seen on the new.
KEEP IT SIMPLE - WHY CHANGE FOR THE SAKE OF CHANGE?
The layout is too cluttered and far to big - I cannot use it in the so called "new" format - give us back more control to resize it back to the way it was or the way we prefer.

You keep on sending me and others emails based on a new idea, or 'an idea you follow has a new comment'.
You kindly offer within the email a hotlink described as 'view idea', but the hotlink does not lead to the idea, it leads to 293 other ideas.
I then have to search amongst them using title or OPs name. Waste of time.

dividend avalability
other platforms have the ability to calculate dividends as per the attached, something like this would be good and pretty basic in my opinion, surprised it isnt already there

maximising the value of your screen space

Homepage - Watchlist
When adding the budget column to the COA Watchlist on the homepage, data is pushed off horizontally, creating a need to scroll to see all figures. It would be helpful if the padding between columns could be reduced, or we could toggle the option to remove decimals, or opt to have figures shown in different multiples (k or m).

Blurr the balance on homepage.
A useful feature would be the option to blur or hide bank balances on the screen. Many businesses work in shared offices or around team members, and sometimes the full bank balance does not need to be visible while doing everyday tasks like reconciling transactions or entering bills. A simple toggle to blur or hide the balance would help maintain a level of financial privacy when working around coworkers, clients, or visitors. Users could reveal the balance when needed, similar to how some banking apps hide sensitive information by default. This would make it easier to work comfortably in shared…

Combine the invoices Owed & Bills to Pay tiles to show short term cashflow impact
Combine the invoices owed & bills to pay tiles into a single column chart tile, which gives a better visual representation of the immediate short term cashflow impact of the flow of cash in and out.
If this is not possible - then allow the ability to lock the vertical axis scale on these widgets, (or automatically synchronise the Y axis to each other) so they can be placed side by side and give a relative view of money in vs money out.

Bank feed showing as last updated Jan 1 but it used to show that no bank feed had been set up. Please can we go back to the more meaningful description.
I've been asking new clients to check their bank feed when I should have still been chasing them to set it up. Now they're totally confused.

Significant time savings with payments
Create an aba file of payments, by supplier, with bank account number so that they can be imported into a bank system. IE as Direct Credit payments. Can either be singular transaction or batches

Homepage – keep the widgets in a fixed position
Why do the widgets keep moving around each time I log in after I have set my order??? Its sooo frustrating especially given how annoying this change in UI already is!!!

Add a colored line to the bottom of each feed to quickly identify types of accounts. Checking, savings, or credit card account

I've just seen the below - should this not have been done before inflicting this upon us all. Did Xero learn nothing from the catastrophe that was the new invoicing a few months ago? Do they not talk to customer groups before changing our UX... As someone who is neurodivergent this is a HUGE issue for me.

I would love to be able to switch off the graphs display of the widgets on business overview page
I would love to be able to switch off the graphs display of the widgets on business overview page so that just the main figures display. That way, I can see all of the relevant information displayed in a smaller area and could switch on the graph visuals if ever needed.

EASIER TO RECONCILE BETWEEN PAID IN AND PAID OUT
Allow a filter which enables you to only see paid in or paid out at a time. E.g if I only want to see and reconcile amounts paid in it would show purely that and not amounts /statement lines gone out and vice versa.

Ensure things aren't easily missed.
Separate Widget for invoicing and bills DRAFTS - these are actionable and shouldn't be such small little links that could be easily missed/feel less important when made so small.

Dynamic sizing of widgets.
I find the new homepage not that different in functionality to the old. It has potential with some fine tuning. Having the widgets sizing dynamic would allow better optimisation of the smaller screen. Currently two widgets are using as much screen as four with dynamic sizing. Creates unnecessary scrolling.
