  1. Cannot view additional contacts mobile phone number on client screen, have to click on contact name. This has dropped off since upgrade. Please put it back.

    Happy to share that we have solved for the idea here. You might've noticed that we recently released an update so now you can see Contact mobile number from the Additional contact s section of the Clients page 🥳

  2. Any note entered against a client used to be automatically date stamped, and this disappeared yesterday.....Why? This is important and used to date srtamp conversations with clients etc

    Hi team, happy to let you know here that date stamps have been returned to Client notes once saved.

    We appreciate the importance of having this visibility over client notes and want to say thank you for sharing and feeding back to us here.

  3. Staff can no longer add a note to client if view only permissions. Used to be able to with these same settings of not being able to edit a client. Still wanting staff to have access to creating/editing notes against a client. Can this be a separate toggle on so they still have access, currently can only view the notes.

    Hi Jo, thanks for raising this idea with us in the forums here. I want to confirm that our team have recently released an update so now staff with View clients permission will be able to add and edit notes on client records within Xero Partner Hub. We appreciate your feedback here to help us improve the practice experience.
