  1. Reports is now buried under Practice, can we please have it back on the main blue bar. We use it a lot and now there is more clicks. It would be amazing if we could edit the bar ourselves - what we find important might be different for someone else. Like settings, can we have a settings cog on the blue bar - maybe near the profile?

    Continuing to keep a close pulse on feedback and montioring usage our product team made a recent change to add Reports back to the main navigation bar of Xero Partner Hub! 😊

    You should now see this available from Practice Manager, where you can quickly navigate to Practice reports, or the Report builder. Thanks

  2. Cannot view additional contacts mobile phone number on client screen, have to click on contact name. This has dropped off since upgrade. Please put it back.

    Happy to share that we have solved for the idea here. You might've noticed that we recently released an update so now you can see Contact mobile number from the Additional contact s section of the Clients page 🥳

  3. Any note entered against a client used to be automatically date stamped, and this disappeared yesterday.....Why? This is important and used to date srtamp conversations with clients etc

    Hi team, happy to let you know here that date stamps have been returned to Client notes once saved.

    We appreciate the importance of having this visibility over client notes and want to say thank you for sharing and feeding back to us here.

  4. The Favourite Reports tab currently displays only 6 favourites. Ideally, it would allow more than 6 favourites. If increasing the limit isn’t possible, it would be helpful to choose which 6 favourites appear in the dropdown.

    Additionally, if the dropdown cannot show all favourites, it would be useful to have an alternative list or view that displays all starred favourites.

    Heya team, we're grateful to receive your feedback through the forums here.

    Understanding the needs of our differing practices our product team have looked into common use around practice reports. I'm pleased to share that we've now implemented a change to extend the number of reports that can be favourited and show from the drop down menu to 20 reports, which should accommodate this need for majority of practices. Thanks again for your contributions!

  5. We used to be able to hit '/' and the search would come up, then you could type immediatley. Now you hit Search magnifying glass, then you start typing only to realise you now have to click into the search bar... Also, I'm getting a bunch of new tabs, I only want new tabs when I hold down command and click.

    We appreciate the feedback and support in this idea. Our team have released an update for the Search in the navigation so now when you click on the magnifying glass icon, or enter '/' the cursor will default to the Search field so you can go straight into typing your search 😊 Thanks!

  6. Prior to the update, using a third party application for propsals/job setups, would imbed a URL link to the job, so you could confirm tasks and prices that were proposed. You could select the link, and it would take you to the document, but now, you need copy and paste the link in the browser? What happened to this feature? Specifically, this has happened for the Practice Ignition platform.

  7. Archived invoices can't be sorted/filtered. The rows aren't sortable.

    They also run oldest to newest. They should run newest to oldest. Otherwise, you have to sort through mountains of invoices for the most recent.

    Hi team, you may have noticed but we recently released a change to Invoices so you can now sort your archived invoices.

    We have also updated the default sort of invoices so they now run newest to oldest. 😊 We're grateful for your feedback on this here.

    Hi team, back to confirm properly that this feature has now been released and you can search by phone number, business number, email, client name and legal name all from the Clients list 😊 Thanks again for your interest in this, here.

  9. The favourite star button reports doesnt seem to do anything. I have created a report for WIP that I run when billing and have starred it as one of my favourites. The starred report is not in the Practice drop down list and every time I have to click on Practice Report Builder and then scroll all the way down to the WIP Ledger section to click on my report.
    Any starred reports should be on the drop down list in Practice or better still there should be a seperate section in the black ribbon called Reports and they should…

  10. Previously in the Job screen you could right click on a tax return type and open in a new tab to add the tax returns for the job while you still have the job open, could you please put this functionality back in?

    I'm pleased to share that our team have quickly taken action to implement this change and you'll now find that you can right click to open a tax return in a new browser tab like you could before.

  11. The invoiced amounts in the client detail screen don't include GST and they should.

    Thanks for your feedback and being part of our beta for practice experiences. We appreciate this wasn't working as it should and have released an update so invoices will now show GST inclusive. 🙂

  12. Job Description - the layout I have, to make the jd easy to read, collapses into unformatted text once saved.

    E.g.

    Scope:
    - A
    - B

    Outcome
    This and that

    This merges to become:

    Scope -A - B Outcome This and that.

    It makes it very difficult to read. Please keep the layout as I have it when I create the job description.
