  1. Fix Timesheet dropdown menu scrolling

    Dropdown menus when selecting an allocated client job or task to add time to. Previously using directional keys would scroll through the list one by one. Now a single key press shifts the selected row and holding it scrolls the list like a mouse wheel.

    This is terrible design. Holding down the key should continue the same action, not prescribe a different action.
