Books health - Show Unreconciled items
Within Books Health, show a clear list of unreconciled transactions and other bookkeeping issues that need attention. From each issue, give the adviser the option to create a request for the client to deal with it directly, for example completing outstanding bank reconciliation, uploading a missing purchase invoice or receipt, explaining an unidentified transaction, or providing supporting documentation.
The client would receive a notification showing exactly what needs attention, ideally with a link taking them directly to the relevant area in Xero. The request could then show a simple status such as Requested, Awaiting client or Completed.

notifications
I only use the homepage when I first start Xero and then it's straight onto the timesheet page which stays open all day. I therefore need to be able to see the notifications on the timesheet page as it was under the old layout. I, also, as with the old layout, need to see both my timesheet & the notifications on the 1 page.

Xero Partner Hub - Widgets on home screen. Selection not holding
Maybe when I remove widgets off my home screen - they can stay off? every time I go back to my home screen they all reappear again?! Very annoying
1 voteHi Kellie, is this occurring for all widgets or just when deselecting the Bank Reconciliation widget?
If multiple I'd recommend raising a case with our team of specialists so we can get a closer look in and investigate.
We're aware of behaviour for the newer Bank Rec widget atm, and this is something the team will be addressing - You can see my post about this recently here.

Gatekeeper - Compliance functionality to select what type of tax to refresh
Product idea: Selective tax type/client refresh in Gatekeeper
Currently, Gatekeeper refreshes all tax types (IRP, VAT201, EMP, etc.) for all clients on a single run, regardless of which deadline is actually due. This triggers "statement of account" notification emails to clients even when their tax type isn't due, creating unnecessary noise.
Proposed change: Allow users to manually select which tax type(s) and which client(s) to refresh, rather than forcing a full refresh across all types and clients every time.
Example: EMP is due on the 7th. There's no need to refresh IRP or VAT201 on that date, only EMP. A…
