  1. Please reinstate items to be reconciled in My Xero for users with multiple accounts (companies).

    The old format alerted users to new bank transactions and allowed users to see at a glance in My Xero which companies have items to be reconciled.

    The new format doesn't which means users have to open every company to see if there has been activity. This is very inefficient and takes far too much time.

  2. would be good to be able to resize the widgets to show more of what is important to us individually ie: I would like to be able to make the job widget bigger to show more jobs and shrink the time summary which is not important for my particular role

  3. Getting people's names correct is table stakes.

    My name has an accent on the e - Rémi - but it comes up on XPH as "Rémi". I would not want my staff's names, or client names, appearing amiss. Not sure if this would then flow through to invoices.

  5. Make the timesheets and productivity metrics more attractive to incentivise employees to try and increase productivity or hours worked during the day.

    Currently there is no visual appeal to having a 'better timesheet', either through more hours or a higher productivity (there isn't even any green that would signify a positive).

    I suggest:

    • Having a widget (even just a simple line graph) that changes colour based on the productivity (i.e. a higher productivity would have a brighter green, good productivity green, low productivity red etc) - With this incorporating capacity reducing time to not skew this data

    • Introduce a metric…

  6. Where has the Salutation field gone?
    It used to be available in Client Details and Additional Contacts and was used across multiple templates, including invoicing and merge-based applications. With this field removed, client correspondence is now appearing blank where the greeting should be.
    Using [ContactName] or [FirstName] is not a workable substitute:
    • For some primary contacts, it returns no name at all
    • In other cases, it defaults to the full name (for example, “Hello John Peter Smith”), which is not appropriate for client correspondence
    Please reinstate the Salutation field.

  7. Having to navigate to the "Job Manager" tab to view a list of all my jobs is not very practical. It would make far more sense to see all your jobs in the homepage. For the people who do not want this feature, there can be an option to hide this widget.

  8. Prior to the most recent update we were able to search using a clients TFN.
    Can we please get this function back?

    It is so useful for Admin when we are getting lodgement lists from the ATO and we are having to search a number of different clients. It is simpler to search the TFN, rather than the exact name. ie ATO lists as "The Trustee for....." but we have it in our system as the Trust name, rather than the "The Trustee for...."

  11. Has the ability to attach clients in the additional contact field in XPM been removed. I am no longer able to select an existing client to add to the additional contact on another clients record in XPM. If so why, this was great.

  12. New interface for jobs isnt great - we often need to compare existing jobs vs completed which is now a pain when they are listed in two different tabs (Current/Archived) - please consider changing display back to list current above completed

  13. We have found that there are some new fields in the updated XPM e.g. date of death, place of birth. This is great as we previously had created our own fields to enter this information. However, these new fields are not available in reports. Can these, and all new fields please be added to the select field options. If you want us to use them they need to be reportable. Thank you.

  14. All individual Clients created should automatically be added as a contact and that contact should by linked to the client record. If you change the client detail that "new" contact that is linked should be auto updated. (in short an individual customer/contact is not "duplicated"). If you send mails from a job you can then use that client automaticly as a contact and do not have to create a contact

  15. Agree with feedback that timesheet start time needs to be the default end time from last entry. By end of day you have to scroll way down to check end time to enter as start.
    More clicks are now needed. An extra click and line entry is now needed after “What are you working on” to bring up Internal time text entry whereas it used to be part of the Job line entry with our company name.
    A click to access Notes is now needed. Then to see your total hours progressing during the day you need to click into…

  16. Normally when I get an email follow up sent from XPM from the milestone functionality I can click the link and it takes me to the job. Now it just takes me to an error page on the internet

  18. Where are the tax return settings hiding? Important that we have easy access to these

    Some suggestions for improving the 'old' settings in the new partner hub:
    * A simpler Income Tax Client Report request would be great for quickly updating due dates
    I.e Settings > Tax Agents > Select Agent > Update ATO Income Tax Client Report
    * Can we have a feature that flags TFN's that are no longer on our ATO Income Tax Client Report - so that we can easily identify and archive old clients

  19. The timer icon looks almost just like a circle, the hour hand is tiny, it's barely distinguishable from the magnifying glass next to it, so it's hard to know what it means. How about using a picture of a stopwatch or copy the icon used by the iphone.
