Quote | History - View accepted by email/contact name
It would be helpful to be able to track who accepted a quote in the history and notes. The customer could have emailed the quote to another party within their organization who accepted the quote on their behalf and we have no way of showing accountability for this.

I agree that this is critical. If Xero fails to record the name and email address of the person who clicked accept, there is nothing I can do to action it. And it is worse than useless because the "accepter" now thinks they are done and is less likely to actually place the order with us. If Xero can't accept payment upon acceptance, or at least record and report their name and email address, I'd rather have an option to remove the accept button entirely. It causes us nothing but problems.

Hope that Xero will show the specific name or email of the individual who accepted a quote within an organization.

This would be great... currently no idea who accepted the quote. Could be one of our internal team for all we know.

This is critical to follow audit compliance as currently we must outsource to a 3rd party app that shows the approval of quotes clearly. Please improve this feature so that rather than showing "system generated" when a Quote is accepted, list the name of the person. Perhaps the best way to do this is when a customer accepts the quote they must also provide a digital signature. Because quotes can be emailed directly to the customer through xero this would stream line the invoicing process!!
